However, from the moment she arrived, the staff and residents made her feel welcomed, valued, and engaged. On her very first day, she was introduced to another resident who showed her around and helped her quickly connect with others. The staff has been exceptional--friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without making her feel like a burden. The variety of activities keeps her busy all day, and she's even enjoying things she never expected to like, along with many of her favorites. I love hearing her say, "They have so much for me to do, I don't have time to stay in my apartment!" The food is delicious and offers plenty of variety, and the facility itself is beautiful--more like a luxury hotel than a traditional assisted living community. The well-maintained grounds and lovely landscaping have her excited for the milder weather so she can relax outdoors among the flowers in the many seating areas with rocking chairs and benches. Sancerre Atlee Station truly lives up to its mission of fostering connections and enhancing shared experiences. Their warm, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service have made my mom's transition incredibly smooth, and both she and I highly recommend this community for anyone seeking a vibrant, supportive, and beautifully maintained assisted living environment.

They advertise using an app to keep families informed and we were also told this on the tour. Upon move in only a couple weeks later we are told they are "moving" away from that app. They have an app to pay rent but that doesn't work either and they won't provide login info because they are also moving away from that. I am completely in the dark about what is going on with my father. Is he eating, taking his medicine, participating in activities, etc.? They are still using a pad and paper at the front desk to have residents sign themselves in and out as they come and go. Why is this done on a computer so the entire staff has access? Am I really supposed to believe if the nurse comes to give his medicine and he isn't there, she is going to walk to the front desk and thumb though the pages to see where he is and when he is coming back? Food is good but they advertise 7am-7pm. Then upon move in my Dad is told he can't get breakfast until 8am, even though all the signs around the dining area still say 7-7. May seem like small stuff but it adds up when you are spending nearly $8,000 a month and not getting any information. THere were other far less expensive options but I was under the impression we would be getting more than those other places offered. I was wrong.

There are many residents who have lived there for years (moved in when it was a fine establishment with restaurants, doctor's offices, grocery, church - none of which exist now) who are elderly or handicapped and are often trapped in or unable to get to their apartment. Also, the air conditioning goes out on the regulator and the residents are sweltering. Bad plumbing, bed bugs, and abhorrent management. I wouldn't board my dog in this dump! wish there was a 0 star.

On the day of my interview (Monday) I wore a suit and tie. I wanted to impress. I met with the Administrator and, to my surprise, the interview lasted only 10 minutes. I was expecting more questions but I thought, "Well, it's a pretty basic job. Maybe she doesn't need to know too much." At the end of the interview I was told, "I'll be calling everyone by the end of the week "either way" so you all aren't waiting around wondering whether or not you got the job." I had not heard anything by Friday afternoon so I called and asked if a decision had been made. I was told the Administrator was out that day but I could leave her a voice mail. I did so and asked her to call me on Monday. Monday and Tuesday came and went with no call. I called back on Wednesday and asked again about the job. I was told by the person who answered that she would check with the Administrator and would call me back. To this day I still have not heard back. Of course, I'm certain I did not get the position, but I find it EXTREMELY unprofessional that I never received the promised phone call. Needless to say, I am no longer interested in working for this organization. If this is the way they handle applicants, I have to wonder how the residents are treated. What a sad way to run a business.

They have a great spacious dining area for their residents. Also offering different events and community activities. They offer transportation for those who need it. I was almost jealous that I couldn't move in, because it's really a nice community. The rooms are spacious and inviting. I just loved the environment there. So if you have a loved one who's looking for a new housing community that caters to the retirees this is the place they may want to look at. Oh and you still I have your own independence which is also nice. But you also have ability to get assistance if needed. Wish I had pictures to share maybe next time when I stop by for a visit

As far as the residents they are relatively nice and luckily one bad apple won't ruin the whole bunch. Some great personalities some not so great, but on the bright side there's more plus personalities than negatives.. Since here it's independent living it makes life easier as no commitments or demands on what you want to or not want to do. You're your own person. I'm upscaling my 0 star survey (review) previously which I didn't actually score now to a 4 review. My reason I can't give a 5 is basically that even though we have a new chef who is a breath of fresh air the food is still not served hot basically served very warm which defeats the standards of the food. He has incorporated more items into the menu which is much appreciated, but not having the temperature (cooks) hot changes the quality of the food which makes it extremely disappointing. I must apologize for my previous survey again. because my serious depression state of mind at that time which my daughter had noticed insisted on filling out the survey from my talks with her on my stress and depression caused by an interaction with another resident. I will say the new Administrator is way over the top with her vision of what needs fixing with the residents, staff and employees. I personally think she is doing a great job cleaning up and clearing out the previous administrators dysfunctional behavior. That's all folks I'm done. Thx's for reading !!

The supervisor Tom has worked there 8 years when I first started in 2017 , he ended up quitting because upper management AKA MIKE & ASHLEY Duggar(WHOSE IN THE FRONT OFFICE). We then got another supervisor whom was bestfriends with ASHLEY DUGGAR and may I add I'm pregnant at this time and he constantly gave me a hard time EVERY SINGLE DAY for months. He also had the upper management on his side at hassling me daily also whom would be ASHLEY. He ended up quitting and then we got yet again another SUPERVISOR DEAN. I ended up getting fired being 7 months pregnant for a clocking in/out issue. After a very very rough week (I had to clean double the apartments this week I got fired being pregnant) this would be a total of 50 apartments in a 7 day work week!! Yes so I did forget to clock in or out. I got accused of not being at work a day that I definitely was and instead of checking with clients they assumed I wasn't there. I got fired basically because I was not liked and I was a liability for being pregnant. I was also accused of lying and was attacked and retaliated against for speaking up on a few incidents involving the SUPERVISOR that was bestfriends with ASHLEY. that is why I was targeted to get fired. The residents are way to good for this shitty company who has taken over their home. They have upped their rent 2 times in less then a year and overcharges them for everything. This is not an ideal place to work. We also was only down to 2 housekeepers of a 115 room complex. That is a lot of work for one pregnant housekeeper and another worker. Yall suckkkkkkkkk
