Our instructor was pretty well informed and really good at throwing axes! So he was able to teach our group a lot of decent games to play while we were there. Only reason why I am keeping a star off my review is because I didn't really care for axe throwing at all (was my first time), the environment was more "quiet" then I expected it to be (thought it would be a more lively experience with music) and the price was a lot more expensive then I thought it would be. Overall, if you enjoy axe Throwing and want a Lowkey spot to do it at, this is your place. It wasn't really my speed, but I think if axe throwing is your ideal of a good time, this is a good spot.

Our instructor (whose name I sadly forgot!) was awesome -- full of energy, super patient with all of us first-timers, and made sure we were safe while still having tons of fun. I wish I could remember our guide/expert; he was terrific. Talented bearded guy; his nickname was the Viking. He was 25th in the world in official ax-throwing championships; he had lots of sponsorships. He taught us well (we were a group of 12), and gave each of us particular pointers as we threw. He had everybody landing shots by the time the evening was over. He even taught us a few trick shots, like underhand throws. Terrific time. Place was clean and fun. They have a QR code you can scan to get additional games. Really enjoyable group time. No food or drink available onsite that I'm aware of, but we brought our own drinks and had a terrific time. Really enjoyable time at a good price. Recommended. I mean, how cool would it be for you to say that you learned to throw an ax?
