Personally, I'm not one for coffee shops. I don't like paying $4 for a cup of coffee I can make at home for $0.42. That said, this place is fantastic. The coffee is delicious and the prices are very fair for a coffee shop. I have not tried their quiche yet, but they look very good. Also, their cinnamon rolls are to die for. They are huge and full of flavor. The service is also fast and friendly. Edit: lost a star. About half the time I try to give them my business, they aren't open when their online hours say they should be. Ended up driving to Dunkin' this morning because they were closed at 8:30 when their online hours say 8-3 on Saturday's. read more

Came across this place by accident on my FB feed and glad I did. Brandenburg has been in need of a quaint coffee shoppe and now they have one! Got here just after 10am on a Saturday and the place was busy! Not packed...but as people learn about this place it looks like it eventually will. Since arriving there has been a constant flow of customers. Decided to play it safe and order a cinnamon roll and caramel latte. The CL was on point, almost wished I ordered a large. The cinnamon roll is tasty but for the price there should be more. A couple just after me ordered a drink called the Abba Zabba and based on its description of a pb flavored coffee shake, it's definitely on my list for the next visit. You can tell the word is spreading of this place as there were people from Etown and Radcliff even here! Location is right by the Brandenburg Riverfront Park which will make this place the definite go to place to bring visitors for breakfast or an afternoon stop. It can definitely be the stop on Mondays when Jailhouse Pizza is closed. It'll be interesting to see how busy they get when the Christmas lights are on display by the river. Imagine the combo of grabbing a nice cup of coffee or cocoa on the way to walk through the Christmas lights and stop on way back to relax and warm up again when the air is nippy! The place has a very "Central Park" feel (yes... I'm a FRIENDS fanatic). The couches provide an inviting area to sit with friends and the room off to the side has more seating with a direct view of the river. As much as it would have been nice to see this place closer to the business district of BBurg, this location is likely going to help develop more businesses around. Looking forward to updating this review and providing 5 stars the next time around. Didn't get to ask if they offer a military discount but if I find myself coming here often enough I'll definitely be asking for a frequent buyer card ;) read more

This recently opened coffee shop is a great addition to Brandenburg's historic downtown. This business has coffees and teas of all flavors. The blueberry muffins are made fresh with local blueberries picked fresh by owners Shannon and Rachelle Frazier. Our Mochas were hot, sweet, and perfect. They have sandwiches on the menu for lunch, and Rachelle is regularly trying new recipes using local produce and products. If you haven't been by, you're missing out. read more

My friends and I were on the Bourbon Trail , we did a local search and found The Daily Grind . The staff were very pleasant and personable. The coffee and pastries were very good but, the thing we all liked the most were the freshly made sandwiches which were well prepared . First thing I noticed were the smiles when I first entered the door. The decor was rustic and very appropriate for a coffee house. I was waited on promptly and was given exceptional service. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they seem to be very happy exceptional people. You can tell they are very proud and they should be. I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was excellent. It was so excellent I could say it's the very best I've ever had and I should add, I've had a lot of them. I also tried a big blueberry muffin they had in a glass case amongst the other fresh bakeries. I chose this particular item because I was told by a worker that the owner picks the blueberries fresh from a local farm. Once again, very pleased. Very fresh and wonderful. Overall...just a great experience. Great coffee, people, fresh food, comfy places to sit and to top it all off, right by the Ohio River. read more
