One time I asked for an edible for $4 and without even trying to look at what's behind him he says no they don't. Afterwards, another staff member came out and sold one to me for $4. In my opinion that's just bad business. I also tip every time and half the time the staff don't even say thank you, and the short guy definitely doesn't say thank you. He called over if I recall correctly, 'Tristian'. Politely I mentioned I wanted the Hellevated prerolls and not mule extracts and I'd like to exchange them. He said they don't do returns, I mentioned other locations have done this (mind you it's within the timeframe that I walked out and came back after purchasing) and he said not for flower. These were prerolls, still in the same rubber band bundle I was handed. So I unfortunately had to spend an additional $35 to get my 6 I asked for on top of the $27 I spent already. (which I was told Hellevated was on sale. Maybe the budtender didn't hear me correctly)
