So much fun! Large showroom with furniture and home decor, gathered from estate sales and auctions. Items change frequently.

we bought a couch here a year ago. within about a month the fabric had gotten really pilly. I…read morecalled the shop and was told by Betsy that was normal and that i could use a fabric shaver to remove the pilling and that I might have to do so three or four times and then it would stop. She sent me a fabric shaver which was nice. Well here we are a year and many shaves later and it continues to pill. it looks pretty terrible, like an old worn out couch - much worse than the (ripped) twenty year old couch we were replacing. I'm embarrassed to have friends over. when I do, we have to spend 30 minutes shaving the couch first, which is ridiculous. I hate to throw good money after bad but I suppose I will - we're planning to have the cushions recovered. It's not ideal since obviously they can't match the rest of the couch and that's not really the look I'm going for. But it's better than tossing it and starting over. I reached out to Four Corners recently to politely recommend they not sell this fabric (I feel bad for anyone else who might select it) and got no reply. So, I guess thats the kind of establishment this is. Disappointing - I prefer to shop independent but in this case it sure wasn't a good choice.

She took full responsibility for her oversight. I believe her apology was sincere and that she truly felt bad for failing to provide the customer attention she is accustomed to giving. I will go ahead and let Covid take the fall for this one, (as it seems to be the thing to do these days), and will definitely be open to doing business with Melissa and Four Corners in the future. Thanks for the call, Melissa. It was greatly appreciated.

My fiancé and I were in Asheville visiting family when we happened upon this eclectic furniture…read morestore and were blown away by the curated selection of options. Sunnyside Trading is a wonderland of bespoke items for your home that you will not find anywhere else! This place is an oasis of style and charm and brings a whole vibe to decorating your house that we didn't know we needed until we were there. And to top it all off, Stuart (the owner) and Klaus were just wonderful and friendly and so knowledgeable in helping us choose the right pieces for our new place. We wound up purchasing two leather chairs (that it turns out Stuart helped design!), but we wish we could've bought so much more. If you're looking to design your home, and stand out from the rest, pop in and have a look around.

Everything is so vibrant and textural! I wanted to touch everything and try sitting on everything! But be careful....a couple of the chairs like to lean back and make you think you are falling! I laughed at myself after gasping like a dummy! Things are a little pricey, and I was more in a browsing and looking mood, so I didn't leave with anything. But if you are in the market for unique home goods (rugs and pillows and seating options, oh my) they are worth perusing! A sign also indicated that there was a warehouse at another location, so there is more to offer than you see at this store front!

She went out of her way and went ABOVE and beyond and got the claim overturned by Guardian. I was expecting them order a new middle panel, but a new couch will be delivered on 10/10! Thank you Haverty's!!

Over the past 1.5 years, I have shopped several times at this store and have been happy with my…read morepurchases. This latest purchase was not a similar experience. I went in looking for a small coffee table and found one that is glass/metal/wood. It was just the right size and matches the end tables I had bought a year ago. It was a good price, so they suggested that I just pick it up at the store when it arrived instead of paying almost $100 for delivery. In the past, I have had my purchases delivered and they arrive in one piece and are placed where I want them. This latest purchase made my head spin....is this now IKEA??? I arrive and am directed to the back for customer pick-up. The guy loads a box into my car. I bring home about 100 lbs. of coffee table PARTS!!! What??? The instructions say I will need to furnish my own screwdriver, they even have a picture of a good old standard screw driver;...so I go to my toolbox and get one. Part of the assembly ( an hour of IKEA-like hell ) is to screw the wooden panel into the frame. There are no holes or starts of holes in the wood. It would take a young athletic person with a LOT of muscle to put those screws into that thick hardwood panel by hand with a standard screwdriver. Sheesh. I am neither young, nor athletic. The metal pieces that are labeled with letters A, B, C, D are labeled with stickers that don't peel off. I tried soaking them off with a damp towel, but the adhesive is still on there. Can I use acetone or Goo Gone on them?? I have no idea. It could very well ruin the metal. I cannot predict....so I leave them as they are. I get my power screwdriver out and attempt to assemble this coffee table. But, because of the plethora of right angles, one cannot drive the screws straight in through the holes in the metal brackets and into the wood panel. It is not possible. The screws, then, end up at a slight angle and are not flush with the surface once they are all the way in. By the time I am done getting the pieces out of the packaging, assemble it as well as I can with the resources I have; I was quite ready to throw the thing on to the fire pit and burn it. Haverty's needs to put signs on all of the furniture that requires the customer to assemble it. I would have NEVER bought this piece if I had known. You are going the way of IKEA and it's not a good look. I'm in my early 60's. I deserve, as your customer, to be warned. I thought I was shopping in a fairly classy furniture store. I guess not-so-much anymore.
