Very chill vibe and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, being I am a virgin when it comes to tattoos, I was a little nervous and didn't know exactly what to expect. I had pondered a particular design for over 10 years. I happened to meet someone who had multiple tats showing on the subway and asked her out of the clear blue for her opinion. Well it must have been Good Karma. (Not Chappell Roan's Good Karma) Turns out Nicole is a tattoo artist and gave me a better idea for what I had been contemplating. Nicole gave me her card and we exchanged emails going over what came to be my final design. This put me over the edge and decided to pop my tattoo cherry. I booked my appointment with her. She took great care when doing my ink explaining everything as we went through the process. I really didn't find it hurting as other people have said to me when they got theirs.
