So this place is a little hidden and very cute on the outside and inside, hence the name Urban Oasis!!!! was extremely friendly and did an awesome job with cutting my hair and keeping me engaged in a conversation as she worked her magic. The best part of the cut was the shampoo!!!! OMG, I could go there every morning just for the shampoo. She massage my scalp to the extent of me almost falling asleep... WOW!!!! Caitlin did and awesome job and for a guy's cut for $25 was about average what I pay on a normal basis at the barber shop.

I've had many facials in the past, but this one was unlike anything I have ever had before. I got the signature facial but Danelle really personalized the facial for my skin, which is fantastic! I got a LED treatment, micro dermabrasion, cellophane and a hot towel to the face, fantastic masks, and a warm tip to work in the eye product. I'm already thinking about the next time I'm in CA, I'll be back. For the price, it's worth it. Danelle was personal, friendly, and she knew what she was doing. They made me pay ahead of time, which I found odd. And then when I was leaving she asked if I tipped, again, odd. The massage itself was pretty good. I've been having neck and shoulder pain and she did a good job getting in there. A different massage style, more of a rough style, not relaxing, but the masseuse certainly was working hard! I think it's a good place to pop in to if you are in pain and need a massage, but there are better places in town that are less expensive to schedule massages ahead of time.
