There are plenty of areas to picnic and a few bbq areas for people who want to use them. Legoland…read moredoes not have a ceiling fan ride, but it does have Cargo Ace, a toddler-friendly airplane ride in the Land of Adventure. Wade had been burned at Sky Patrol earlier in the day, crying as he watched his 40"+ brother Leo B. go up and down in a yellow helicopter. We were relieved to run across Cargo Ace, where the only requirement was that our child be able to stand on his own. He had to demonstrate his ability to the attendant and was ready to run and jump onto one of the airplanes if necessary. The ride was simple and fun, a few spins on a cute two-seater airplane hanging from a moving track. Designed for babies, but enjoyable for grown-ups, especially when you factor in the pleasure of watching your children lose their minds. Leo had a blast, and Wade was in airplane heaven. He shouted, "AGAIN!" the second the ride stopped, and I carried him off screaming before getting right back in line. Thankfully, this was not a busy ride. We went on three times without waiting longer than one go-around, and could have ridden even more if we weren't looking to move on with our lives. Cargo Ace was the highlight of Wade's day at Legoland. We'll be sure to hit it on every visit until the boys get big enough to want bigger thrills.

I love that they have a splash pad for tiny kids. Seating is a bit tricky. They've got tables under shade, however they are on the other side of the center, out of viewing range of the pool. Most people just put their stuff on the ground and hope to get a spot on the boiling astroturf. There are big bathrooms with lockers and showers and it's a mixed bag on how clean they are. The biggest downside is the staff. The lifeguards are really inconsistent and I've seen people even yell at the lifeguards to do their job when kids aren't following the rules. The office staff are a nightmare. They are so rude and pushy. In the summer, they do an inflatable obstacle course two days a week. The rules for admission are absolutely ridiculous and they only sell 30 wristbands for it for the day. Once they sell out, they just put a sign up on the ticket window and walk away leaving everyone left in line to wonder what's going on. They could use a big staffing upgrade.

My…read moreson and I used to love this park, but tonight at 8:20, about 15 minutes after the sun went down I was sitting in the parking lot finishing writing a segment for work. The grounds keeper (I assume that's who he was) came up to my car with a flash light and started screaming at me to "get outta here" you're the only car left! I asked him what the hours were because I had seen 10pm on this site (yelp) and I was just sitting there not bothering anyone. He said it closed at dusk, I asked if there was a sign he could show me or if it showed an actual sign, to which he yelled at me again to "get the f outta here" while flashing his light at me through my window with my 5 year old son in the back I don't think he realized was with me who I am now calming down because it was a scary interaction as a woman to be screamed at and a flashlight in my face by a random man, who did not identify himself and just yelled out at me to get out. I have never experience anything that scary at a friendly and happy park that we were frequent visitors at, but safe to say we won't be back and hopefully I can find other places to report him as thats not a safe environment with someone like that, nor have I ever been ran out of a family park parking lot by a strange unidentified man. I've also attached a photo that shows the park on maps and yelp says open til 10pm, as well as Facebook. Either way, the behavior was completely unacceptable for a random man it seems like the park allows to live and park there in a trailer and harass anyone, especially a woman since he saw I was alone and defenseless and with a young child.

It's a shoe-free facility and staff is doing a great job at keeping the facility sanitized and sparkling. So many fun play areas here, and everything is safe and thoughtfully designed. Lots of pretend play rooms--kitchens, doll houses, dress up--but also lots of space for big movement play, like slides and monkey bars. We loved that we could rent out the entire space for two hours. We didn't have to dodge other kids or manage sharing space, so parents got to kick back a bit and enjoy the party too knowing that it was only our familiar group of friends. Parking is easy for guests, plenty of amazing fun areas for littles to explore, and lots of fresh air and light to keep the space feeling good. We look forward to returning for regular play hours, and happy to share this gem with all of our friends.
