I'm on here again just to let everyone know please be extremely careful, I know I sound dramatic or if I'm hating, but my case is as simple as this..I went in for an ombre & instead of Valerie testing my hair, she put whatever bleach she felt was necessary just assuming that's the kind my hair needed..didn't speak one word to me until my hair literally broke off & was like oh I thought your hair was stronger...stupid me still paid her, however she never offered to fix or give me a discount..all the manager Cesar did was defend her and only offer me a gift card for their saloon..why the heck would I want to go back??? I never even received an apology..I've been getting blonde in my hair for years off and on & never had I ever had any problems..Valerie was lazy and didn't want to even bother taking the time to test my hair first..I will say this...God knows my & he has my best interest at I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else..thank God I have plenty of ppl to help me with my hair & this situation..:)& the one star^well yeah I had no choice but to pick one.. read more

When I first moved to the Inland Empire, I searched for months to find a good barber. I finally stumbled onto this place and spoke to a gentleman named Alex. I told him I was tired of going to different barbers and that I needed somebody with a great deal of expertise. I didn't want a barber just to cut my hair but somebody who can recommend a hairstyle that would go great with my head and face shape. He proceeded to sit me down and work on my hair. A short 45 minutes later, I was SHOCKED at the result. Not only had he given me something new, he had styled my beard like no one prior to him. I've been going to Alex for the last 5 years now and I will never recommend another professional to anybody I know. This shop is the same as walking in to my own house. Every barber has amazing personalities. They treat you like your family. I've been going to this barber shop since I've been in high school. That's 9 years of great service they've provided me. I walk out of the shop feeling like a celebrity. They never disappointed me not once. All my friends and family members go to get their cut right here and til this day are still doing business with them. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone whoever wants a fresh cut! I went in and got the Olaplex hair treatment from Kryssandra. My hair was originally fried from perming, bleaching, straightening and now my hair is soft and silky smooth. Kryssandra was very friendly and answered all my questions. I also spoke with two other people there, Robert and Kat and they were nice. I will be coming here for Byalage in the near future. Two days ago I came here to get my color done by Meggan and my hair came out purple just like how I wanted. Also the staff was AMAZING, very friendly! I am not going to lie, I was pretty scared to get my hair done just because I read some negative reviews that's been posted, but few of my friends did recommend this place so I said "let's give it try." The haircut and costumer service I've received in each one of my visits has been exceptional and very satisfied with the barber skills they offer. I have brought family members and Friends to the shop and everyone has been happy with the results from their barbers and hair stylist.
