I was in Kingston recently and really wanted those dinner buns, unfortunately they didn't have them. Not on Sunday, not on Monday. I settled for their mini olive and rosemary dinner rolls. They were good too. Service here is pretty on point. There was a question I had asked the lady behind the counter and she came out from behind the counter to help answer any questions I had and serve me. She was really awesome! They have a catering menu, a cafe for brunch, they have fresh breads available and they do specialty cakes. They are totally the real deal. AND they sell Neal Brothers' cheese puffs. Havent been able to find these bad boys anywhere. They discontinued them in grocery retailers and health food stores don't seem to carry them. I'm in Toronto and havent been able to find them for a couple of years. They are a pretty penny, yet worth it for the sheer pleasure. Their store front is spacious and inviting. Certainly the place to be, everyone seemed to be walking in when I went. It is very well known. They can for sure accomodate a large amount of people. When the weather is good venture up the abundance of stairs to the roof top patio. It's quite the view and a nice place to soak up some rays. The cashier recommended the Huevos bowl with tofu instead of eggs. It was basically a tofu scramble bowl with black beans, salsa, mushrooms, BBQ sauce, kale, and pico. Kale usually emits a strong reaction from people because of its signature taste, but this kale was downright tame so worry not. Freshii's breakfast bowl was on point and made me feel super healthy.
