I cannot express the disappointing experience I had with this company. I inquired about a move out clean and the Initial communication was great but it went downhill thereafter. My quote was for 3 cleaners, two of them arrived. We walked through the unit to go over the scope of work. Alex advised me he estimated to be finished by 2pm. I left to run some errands and when I returned at 1pm, he was already gone. No communication that the job was done, just gone. As I walked through the unit, I immediately realized that he missed cleaning all 15 sets of blinds. I emphasized the blinds as the greatest need. As I continued walking through, it was very evident that the scope of work promised was barely touched. They did a great job cleaning the oven and refrigerator but that was about it. The floors clearly had not been mopped and in some areas, not even vacuumed. I keep my place pretty clean so I guess they looked at my bathrooms and decided they were clean enough to not need to scrub them. None of the baseboards were touched and left with dust. Ceiling fans were still dusty, the list goes on and on. When he finally returned my call, he offered to return for a "touch up clean" in 3 days. I reiterated that my inspection was that evening. He refuses to return to clean the rest and left me no choice but to have to go buy $40 of cleaning supplies and 3 hours of cleaning on my own. He proceeds to offer me an insulting credit of $50. Amazing detail oriented work! Alex was a pleasure to communicate with and understood the assignment. Since my Mom moved into her condo over a year ago the lanai had not been cleaned. Causing us to track in all kinds of things. The before and after was so satisfying!!! Not only did Alex and team work on the Lanai, but they did all th sceens and windows, which was above and beyond. I've been debating on writing a review for company for a few weeks now... I scheduled a move out cleaning with this company that I paid for and was supposed to come with "professional carpet cleaning and shampooing" When the cleaner arrived he mentioned he forgot his carpet cleaner but he had Resolve spot cleaner. I wanted the carpet shampooed not spot cleaned due to previous tenant owning a dog. There was a few spots that still were dusty and not as clean as I have had with other cleaning companies. Also due to scrubbing some of our paint came off the wall in the bathroom. I think this company is ok for standard maid services but nothing thorough. I still had to go through and clean most of the house over. For the price with carpet cleaning, they did an ok job. For just under $500 I got a 600Sq ft of a 1br 1 bath cleaning done for a move out. The oven was missed ($25 credit given) and their home steam cleaning vacuum put lines in the carpet. When I got my move out inspection from my realtor, I was charge another $157.06 for cleaning the oven and another $261.78 for carpet cleaning. Before booking, I scoured Alec's website, and found no mention of Move Out Cleaning. I reached out to confirm with him that he actually offers it (and it wasn't some Yelp glitch). His confident "yes, we actually service more move outs than Airbnbs" was reassuring, or so I thought. On the cleaning day, Alec kicks off by dusting light fixtures right above my baby and me - really? Lack of basic common sense should have been the first red flag. Since I had to rush to work, we left him to do his thing with clear instructions. Fast forward a few hours, I check in with him, and he claims he'll be done by 2 pm. I reply that my husband will return at that time. Husband arrives at the apartment but can't find Alec. I text Alec and he replies, "I just left!". Hmm... a courtesy call would have been nice. I hired this company to do my move out cleaning for an apartment and they truly are the sole reason I was able to get my security deposit back. They got the candle wax out of the carpet and the hair dye stains out of my bathtub. It seriously looked brand new after they were done. I was so impressed I hired them a second time to help me with the house I just moved into. Unpacking and starting a new work schedule has been really difficult and I definitely needed major help on catching up around the house. Alec and Natasha were like angels. I moved out and needed cleaning for that property. Per discussion with Alex, I purchased a premium cleaning which included professional carpet cleaning. Invoice was paid with a tip before the work was done in hopes of them doing an excellent job. My husband also tipped them a good amount as well to the other cleaners before they left property, but that was a mistake. After my husband had done the walkthrough, he was disappointed with the work. My husband had to ask Alex to clean the carpet again. His explanation was that the machine was not really working. My husband also went and took a few napkins and checked higher surface areas and it was still dirty. I requested a partial refund and was given $200 for the pricing of the carpet cleaning. My in laws used this company to clean their townhouse before renting it out. The employees who came to clean were dressed inappropriately, we understand they are working but they looked very unprofessional and not a good look for your customers to see. We would have overlooked the unprofessionalism if we didn't have another issue. Upon inspection when we returned to the house there was a part of the flooring that was damaged, initially the owner offered to knock off $25 from the price of the cleaning to my father in law, the transition piece we need to replace on the floor was $45 by itself. I called the owner back and explained this to him and he offered to take the $45 off but when I told him that doesn't cover the time and labor that needs to be done to complete the work he said that's all he can do and if we want more off that we would have to file an insurance claim. The owner also claimed that the cleaners didn't tell him that anything was broken, I responded that of course they wouldn't tell him they damaged something and he said nothing to that.
