    I'm very disappointed of this store I brought a whole list of all material that I'm going to build a shed and they told me that they don't know what I need didn't understand my list, even the supervisor couldn't help me worst experience

    roof debris left for over a month by Home Depot Home services.

    DON'T TRUST A COMPANY THAT CAN'T KEEP ITS WORD. Was scheduled for an "early morning" (between…read more8-12) for approximately a week. Several days before the appointment they called to say the "service" would have to be rescheduled because "something came up" After some discussion, an appointment was scheduled for one day later in the "early morning". The evening before the appointment, at 6:15pm, they called to "remind" me about the appointment and said the Technician would be at my residence between 1:00pm-5:00pm. When I reminded the lady that THEY cancelled the first appointment and THEY agreed to the next day "early morning" appointment, her response was "well, he can't be there until 1:00pm-5:00pm". There was a medical reason I needed an early morning appointment, but apparently with Mr. Appliance it's all about what THEY want to do (even if you're paying).

    I was looking for a good appliance repair company because one of my rentals washer was making a lot…read moreof noise... I emaiked 3 companies from yelp..all responded...but this company was johnny-on-the-spot and came the same day within 2 hours.... at the end of the day we both concluded that a new washer was needed instead of them trying to fix it because the cost savings will be in a new washer. At the same time it was the fact that they didn't give me a lot of hassle and they weren't trying to waste my time or money either.

    The technician "diagnosed" a broken pump. He quoted $450.00 to replace the pump and to reinstall…read morethe dishwasher. I paid half his quote up front.6 He returned with the new pump. He disassembled and discounted the machine. He then discovered a further problem and Increased the repair cost by $500.00. He refused to provide a written estimate of parts and launched a confusing explanation where he constantly changed numbers. He would not provide the part numbers he required and he used part names that I could not find on the Bosch website. He left the dishwasher disassembled and disconnected from the kitchen sink drain. When I was finally able to identify the parts to which he referred, I found their costs about half what he stated. I am unable to use the sink and the disposal as the water drains onto the floor.

We…read morequickly scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for me, right before the holidays when many other folks didn't have availability. After scheduling, we had another issue pop up with our range hood. Blue Shield said no problem. Samir from Blue Shield showed up *early* - did not leave me waiting around for the end of the window they gave me. He quickly diagnosed the issues we were dealing with and gave me a fair, transparent estimate for the work. After we agreed, he fixed everything on the spot incredibly quickly and was on his way. Samir was courteous and respectful and really helped take reduce some pre-holiday worries we had with our dishwasher and hood having issues.
