This home depot has been around for awhile but I can't really say if it's good or bad. It's probably the only major hardware store in town so it doesn't really have to try. I got what I needed and service was decent but I had to settle for home depot branded tools. The one I wanted was special order. I was in Home Depot in Casa Grande two days ago and was greeted by Lorenzo in the garden section. He is so cheerful and friendly, and It was such a treat to have this type of person in a business today. Lorenzo is also efficient and very knowledgeable about his department. If you come and go multiple times to the area, he remembers and greets you accordingly. Several other customers were commenting that it was such a nice change to be greeted to so cordially in todays climate. I was told by other employees that Lorenzo is extremely nice to his coworkers as well as customers. His bright and sunny disposition should be used as an example for training new employees and to help make patrons feel welcome. I have always had great service in this store and do not get the feeling that they are doing me a favor by helping me. I will definitely return in the future. read more

No phones calls answered and once arriving in the store it takes over 20 minutes to get help, and the limited workers demeanor is unphazed. This location should be shut down immediately. This is very poor service and should be investigated. I would rather pay more at Lowes across the street than keep getting no service and pure disregard. Purchased a new double oven wall unit and a microwave on line. No where did it say installation wasn't included. Of course it wasn't. Contacted store and spoke to A salesperson in appliances who schooled and scolded me and told me basically it's my fault because I didn't read. I did read and it's not clear. Called store manager who said the HD website is a separate company. What?? So I'm stuck with a 250 lb oven in the middle of my kitchen floor. It gets better. They informed me on the phone that they don't even have install for these ovens at all. How the heck am I supposed to know this if it's not laid out in their site? Horrible experience!! Bought a washer and dryer and on the first use both machines broke down!! They were not even a week old when I bought them went to the store to get an exchange and I was automatically told no because you have 24hrs to do an exchange the day it's purchased!! how is that even possible when it was delivered within 3days!!!!! when I went to the store nobody wanted to help manager from electronics was absolutely rude when I told her I wanted to talk too the store manager she told me no "he's going to tell you the same thing" but the day I purchased the washer and dryer I was told if i had any problems I could come back! I told the lady at the building counter she said the bathroom was just cleaned and they can't clean the bathrooms every 5 seconds, she said just use another one. I had ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot in April. Finally around or about April 23rd Home Depot delivered the dishwasher. The gentleman that was delivering dishwasher and was going to install it. However when he looked under the sink he noticed that I had a reverse osmosis system. He immediately said we can't do anything with reverse osmosis, I told him that it didn't matter because it wasn't connected to the dishwasher in any way. I even got down on my hands and knees and took a picture the show him where the hole was for the hoses and electrical for the dishwasher. It clearly showed and it wasn't connected and it wasn't in the way of the installation. This guy came in with the notion of not wanting to do the work anyway. Since he couldn't install it I told him to get out. His attitude and the way he carried himself was less than professional and has I was telling him to leave I used some pretty Choice words myself. I then called Home Depot and told them what happened. We decided that they would refund the installation price and the warranty protection plan at $297.13 then they would redeliver the dishwasher on May 3rd or May 2nd I can't remember which, needless to say when that time came the dishwasher they brought had major dents in it on the front. As a matter of fact, the delivery driver called me outside and told me that he didn't want to bring it in the house because he knew that I would reject the order due to the damage that was in the front of the dishwasher. They took it back and the delivery place called me Andre set up a time May 11th. May 11th has now come and gone and no delivery was made. I called Home Depot and they said they never had anything scheduled for delivery. They said they did find the order eventually but needed me to wait to contact the delivery people. So she put me on hold 40 minutes and never got back to me. Then she hung up. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. read more

Home Depot's customer service sucks! Home Depot is only "responsible" for a major appliance purchase and install for 48 hours! After that, you are on to warranty work from the manufacturer. The people they hire to do the install (Barlows in this case) are responsible for the first 2 days after install for problems with the appliance. Which adds up to, Home Depot really has NO responsibility to replace a defective new appliance after its installed, period! What the hell is wrong with your employees?... usually when people screw up they take ownership and try to fix the problem; well that's not the case at this H.D. Worst customer service I've ever had. Working on a project for Xmas a And I needed PBC cut evenly (not a big deal) I guess they don't have the necessary tools to make a clean cut, so the guy cut it free hand made a mess, but h stayed once he cuts it o wasn't gonna be able to return it (essentially I had to pay for it even though he did a poor job cutting them) at the register I had the and I mean the worst cashier or whatever she (Shannon) is, she had an attitude overall; she gave me attitude when I was just trying to purchase the items, and after that she took and put behind the counter a pice that I brought in with me and didn't say anything (after I let her know that it was mine) I didn't noticed until I got home and I was already working on the project. Called the store and I was trying to get ahold of any associate that could help me with the situation and the person on the phone also gave attitude stating that for her to transfer the call to an associate she had to get all the details. I waited over 30 minutes and still had to get out of the car and ask if they had my items. Then I was told it would be extra time because it was lot off the truck. So why would they let me know my stuff was ready for pick up!? No one at the counter knew anything which is NOT a surprise for this store. Just stopped at this store to purchase floor tile. And once again Home Depot we left the store disgusted. They had both tile aisles blocked off & of course no one was working in the aisles & the fork lift wasn't in either aisle. So we are now on our way to buy the tile from Lowes. From now on we'll just bypass this Home Depot. And on top of it there were 7-8 associates having a meeting in the main aisle blocking the walkway. Several customers had to go around. read more
