    Today I came to my local Home Depot looking for a Ryobi fogger. On the website it was showing only one available. I asked Carlos if we could help me look for it. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND looking everywhere around the store for it. Just when I was loosing hope, He had one more idea to look around the very top of the shelves and sure enough THERE IT WAS. Thank you Carlos you made my Sunday!

    Plants are thriving here, out door, indoor or boutiques for cheap. Variety of ceiling fans and lights to choose from to complete my projects! Self check out. Plenty or ppl walking around to ask if you need help!

    As you can see, my disabled husband is having to sit on a garden share further injuring his spine.

    My husband ordered a power lift chair online with white glove service. . He is 74 and disabled. The chair was delivered via UPS. HOME DEPOT NEVER INDICATED THERE WOULD BE A THIRD PARTY CONTRACTOR!! The chair arrived 1/16/25. We assume it's going to be assume assembly will be done right away. Fast forward to today, the care is still not assembled and my disabled husband with severe spinal issues has nowhere to sit!!!! I was told Go Figure assembly would be out after 3 days but after contacting them they would not assemble any sooner even though this was and still is a medical emergency!! The powerlift recliner is still sitting here in boxes!! I hold HOME DEPOT TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GRAVE ERROR!! THEY GOT OUR MONEY, WHITE GLOVE SERVICE FEE TOO!! THERE WAS NO ONE WHO WOULD HELP WITH AN EARLIER ASSEMBLY EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY! There's a law suit to be had here. SHAME IN YOU HOME DEPOT!! We will never shop in your stores again and neither will the 19 friends we have told our story to. They get it!!

    Had to get more extension cords for Christmas lights. Home Depot had'em. During checkout, the gentleman processing my purchase was polite, professional and friendly.

    I don't come to Home Depot to be hounded by people selling fruit walking through there parking lots. Started with one guy now up to three. Employees and management have done nothing to move these non permitted vendors.

That's where they use the I'll give you a good deal at the end of your purchase thing. I had gotten a thrumble (bunk beds with a 3rd bed at the bottom(floor). The material is so bad. It's been 8 months and it seems as if I was donated the bed previously used. The bed on the bottom is made with cheap wood it braked so easily. Like cardboard type. The top bunk bed on the inside had scratches but like chipped off. So I didn't see that. They don't ask if you want the protectors they throw them in for each mattress and they don't even fit they are huge. The point is the wood is so cheap and the beds are about 1,300. I got the insurance and because we got a storage unit I forgot where I put the insurance documents. There for the insurance company says they can't send anyone to fix the bed cause it has multiple damages. The dining table I got I didn't notice one chair had a chip pretty long were you lean your feet on and well it came off eventually. All dining tables at the bottom come with busters for hight. Even if you put them all in they are uneven. They also keep coming out so it gets in even worse. I got a set of sofas and had the 3 seater made into a pull out more money. The mattress is sooo cheap and I supposedly had it upgraded you can feel the metal of the pull out I've had 2 previous ones I gave away and I so regret it. I also got a corner table its rustic cherry Woolf color. Well I that day that I wanted it they wanted to give me the one as an example it had chips and scratches and one of the employees decided to cover it up with black permanent marker and said there take it it's good and I said no I want a new one. When it got delivered I could still see that oil color black marks on it and I told them I'm not keeping this one I told the guy at the store. So take it back. I had to go personally to the whatehouse to pick one up. I did take the mattress from the couch too and told them to check my order and it was the wrong one but they also exchanged it for the same type different color. ‍ I was done at this point and I stopped paying I've been waiting for them to pick the items up cause it's disappointing when you buy insurance for damaged or scratches etc extra and they can't come to fix it or exchange one piece of an item. I have my eye instead at the MOR store. Well I actually already got a bed. Definitely recommend 10/10 and it's been like 4 months. Also got insurance on the electric base and mattress

    This suppose to be the main deciding place for this chain company and its management and it seems…read morethat incompetency and arrogance reins throughout all. They would not honor the original marketing offers for the products (specifically mattresses) and then, when you have a problem with it, the will not accept anything, shifting the blame on something/someone else. We bought a CAKing mattress which was already sagging, some lumps showing within a couple of months - even with our low weight of 140Lbs. Now, they are refusing a return and refund within warranty! Anybody else experience this? Any suggestions?
