The first resource wouldn't ship, and then my Home Depot Pro found them at several branches, but said they could not transfer from store to store. Taking a chance, I called the COLMA HOME DEPOT at 91 COLMA BLVD. (#6655), as they showed having enough to cover my needs and Sky in CS answered the call. She was phenomenal, taking an interest in helping me secure the product, but the complications of getting it shipped were something I needed to work out the next day. Sky was off for the following two days so she gave me the name of her supervisor, Mireya, to call once I made arrangements with a shipper. The next day, her supervisor, called me before I could reach FedEx, and when I mentioned needing to find a courier to pick up the package and deliver to the shipper, she offered to walk my package over to the branch within their center. But when she asked her manager, Jenna she said that would not be necessary, as she could take care of it with the store's shipper. Jenna made all the arrangements, and even called me when the package left the store. Then Mireya called me when she saw it had been dropped off to make sure I found it. I've NEVER had Pro's jump through hoops AND follow through as these three ladies did!! I made a charge on my Home Depot credit card on 7/3, received my statement on 7/16, and paid the balance in full on 7/22 through through my bank's electronic payment system. However, my August Home Depot statement showed it overdue, with a late payment fee. Followed the instructions on the Home Depot website, I sent a letter to the Investigations Dept, including all the required information (dates, acct numbers, etc.) and a copy of my bank statement showing the payment. The Sept statement came with the charge still in place and another late fee tacked on. I called Customer Service on, and was again told they were "looking in to it." and I should await a letter. Hearing nothing, I called again and was told it was being "investigated" and I should, again, await a letter. A letter finally arrived, saying they were "looking into it." Meanwhile, I received notice on 9/21 that my credit score suddenly plummeted by 90 points, owing to an overdue payment to Home Depot. Warning! This is a risky company to do business with. read more

One of them, when asked to pull a merchandise off the shelf, tried to hand us a box that was crushed and partially opened. We politely took the box and when he left, we switched it out with another one that is not damaged looking. That same day, we purchased a few home appliances and the wait was long to get helped. There were only two people that worked in that area. The one we approached said, "sorry I'm out of here". Consider staffing that section maybe as there were a few people waiting around to be served. What took this rating way down was the cashier. There was no line and this cashier was just standing there so we approached her. She was super unfriendly, literally throwing our purchases back in the cart after scanning them. Stacking heavy stuff on top of light stuff which crushed the merchandise. Sorry but these items were not cheap. While she continued to scan the products, I rearranged the cart to make room and mentioned I don't want my purchases broken. She leaned over and muttered... As the name suggests, this location is obviously more useful for those who actually work in construction. But even for a hobby DIYer like myself, the process of using their tool rental center was easy and efficient, and the folks there were kind and helpful. Women and gender minorities beware: the guy in the paint department will ruin your day. I had to come in here twice this week. I'm trying to fill in an area of my wall, which was originally painted with behr marquee one coat. There is very little paint left in the original container, so I took a sample of what was left into the store with me to color match. I found a few swatches that looked pretty close, but the guy behind the counter suggested that using the color matching software would be a better bet. I handed him the sample I had taken from the paint can, he mixed me up a gallon of paint, and I was on my way. But the paint is way too dark. It isn't anywhere close to the color I was trying to match. In my first photo, there are two paint stirring sticks. The first one is the dark color that was "matched" for me. The second one is the color that was on my walls already. The swatches are the colors I think are pretty close to my wall. I don't understand why I was sold such a dark color. The second photo shows it being spot-tested on my wall. So I came back in today, and the same guy was there. He continued to address me as "ma'am" and said that the computer was responsible for the mistake. From a customer service standpoint, it could not have been worse. I'm a trans man. I've had surgeries to look more masculine, I have facial hair, I wear menswear. Nothing about me is feminine. This guy called me ma'am in every single sentence, both times I was there. He asked me if I knew what a gallon was. He was condescending the entire interaction. Then he called me "sweetie pie." I told him he probably shouldn't call people that. I ordered my kitchen here last year, the process was long but the final result was a nice beautiful kitchen. One if the few times I've used their tool rental service. Very efficient staff, Ching was working the desk with another gentleman. I had a choice of clearing a drain myself, I needed a electric snake, or calling a plumber. The choice was clear after calling a few plumbers, when they required a diagnostic fee before proceeding, I already knew the issue, a clogged or obstructed sewer drain. By the time a plumber was called, I had already went to home depot, rented the snake and probably cleared the obstruction in the waste pipe. The choice was clear so I didn't bother to contract with any plumber. If you are in need of tools, home depot may be your source providing you have the ability to use them and the knowledge, but really it may take a little longer but the results are the same. I would use home depot again if it arises that I don't have the tools to complete a job read more

This Home Depot pro store just has a lot more stuff in it: decking, full-size roofing panels, oversized lumber, and so on. Their stocking situation seems to just be better than the other consumer focused stores... Shelves have all the products that the apps say they have at the store. Greatly appreciated for Home Depot employees for the caring of their customers. What happened: Last night we purchased two toilets and two boxes of LED lights. We used self checkout, the guy at the self checkout asking if we needed assistance to load up the two toilets to our car. Then we pulled over our car at the exit and another employee helped us load up the two toilets. However, we kept focusing on the big toilets and did not realize we left our LED lights at the shopping chats with a green bag. Then I went back to the self checkout today and sooooo luckily the Lady called Olga who is on duty today found our paid LED lights and also our green bag, she also confirmed with her co-worker last night who still remembers us. We order a door from this location and waited for 2 months it. Once we inspected it, the door was unfinished and nail holes were not filled. The door was not polished enough either. We talked to customer service and waited 3 weeks for a reply. In the meanwhile there was no one contacting us, we always had to contact them. On top of that, all they offered us was to take back the door but with a restocking fee. I don't feel like we should be charged for their mistake, all I asked for was to fix the door. Never wanted a return. Never could get in contact with the store manager. Never had a reply and never had communication what so ever. Truly a horrible experience and bad service. We will go to Better Business Bureau to complain about them. A note is that we also purchased the door based on the image, however it looked nothing like the image when it came. I had to tell the cashier twice that was not what we purchased. She tried to argue with me, umm, the picture does not look like what we are purchasing. Too lazy to turn around. In the past 3 years we have given this store our business, even when Covid was at its worst, we shopped here, but the customer service has gone down hill. The first appliance was was a refrigerator where an attempt was made to deliver it three times because it came completely dented from the warehouse. My husband and I were taking on a big DIY project (a wall mounted bookshelf desk combination) and needed wood for it. Dave helped us cut a large piece of plywood in to the 5 pieces we needed so we were able to save on cost. He was so patient and helpful and kind and truly made the experience that was a little daunting very manageable. His customer service and generosity was unmatched with anyone I have ever encountered at any Home Depot. The man deserves every gold star there is. This Home Depot is terrible! I came there with my brother in the afternoon to buy a a torque wrench, breaker bar, and a pair of jack stands to work on my car. I found the torque wrench and breaker bar, but it was locked up. There was no button for me to press to call for help so I went to look for help. I asked 4 different employees, 3 of them said "just go back to your aisle, someone will come". No one ever came to help me. The last person I asked, she sounded very mean saying "OH IM ON BREAK ASK SOMEONE ELSE ", and I thought okay I'll just ask someone else, you could've just said "oh I'm sorry, I'm on break, let me find someone who can help you! :)" I ended up waiting for like 30 minutes and gave up, just bought it online lol. Never order anything that needs to be delivered from Home Depot. They use a company called TEMCO, which is completely incompetent. We ordered a washer and dryer plus installation and haul away. We have tried to receive our items 4 FOUR times. We still are without a washer and dryer. Here were their attempts: 1. They dropped the dryer and damaged the door. Had to refuse delivery. 2. They showed up with only a dryer. No washer, no instructions to install or haul away. 3. They showed up on a day when delivery wasn't scheduled, we weren't home. 4. They just didn't show up. When we called to ask a very rude woman told us the driver didn't make any of his deliveries today. What??!! We ordered these items in June. It's now late August.
