I called about an item earlier and when I went into the store the man insulted my intelligence and demeaned me in front of my family. Instead of being friendly and helpful he was very rude. It became not worth it to me to pay more for such poor service, so I drove farther away to go to one of the two big chain stores.

I use to love Menards until today. First time having an order delivery. I was held hostage all day…read morewaiting for my order. I was given a window time of 8- noon over the phone last night. Then I received an email saying 8-1. They showed up at 1:15. I just got out of the hospital and needed my son to assist me at medical appointments. I called them twice during the day to just be told they are out for delivery. When the driver finally showed up he tells me was to be here early but his equipment got stuck in the mud. Extremely poor customer service. That information soul's be relayed to the customer. My son could have provided assistance to me at my medical appointments instead of waiting around from 8-1. The managers could have cared less. They just lost a long time customer who just spent almost 3k on this order.

We then proceed to customer and the customer service person said , they did a inventory the day before and they had 124-bags on hand. They are giving a 15% rebate on sales. They have no clue of the word "Service" and could care less. The reason why l gave 1-star is because of the women at Warren location, to at least check to see where, stock inventory was supposed to be, also, Mennards does not honor "Veteran's" with discounts. Back to Home Depot, what were we thinking to want to save money, not worth the aggravation.

While waiting at home for delivery never came, at the end of the day my Lowe's app said sorry it's delayed but we are working on it. I called a week later they said it's delayed and there is no one to call on the order. Today I called again only to be put on hold which nobody came back to.. I ordered a fence at Homedepot and they had issues but they were able to contact their supplier and get answers. I am tired of waiting without answers will not shop here anymore.

So at least you are greeted with a hello, however it is met with would you like to save 5% with a Lowe's card today? Which is truly not a substantial amount given the apr; not a savings at all. This location is beyond obnoxious and aggressive with their credit card approach. I do not enjoy shopping here because of it.
