    I can buy myself flowers Write my name in the sand Talk to myself for hours... Yes you can buy yourself flowers at Home Depot. 5/5 Service After signing up the kiddos for the kids workshop we wanted them to do the Valentines Penguin from this month. They had a few extra for us and the kids were happy. Thank you to the staff for helping us out! 5/5 Selection Lots of flowers available for your garden for you to buy yourself or someone else in your life. The bees will be happy to pollinate them. From gardening to patio furniture to sit and watch the pollination you can get it here. 5/5 Parking Plenty of spots around the lot or even near garden area. So buy yourself some flowers, play in the sand and get all your items at this location where they also provide great service. Psalm 40:5, God bless

    HORRIBLE SERVICE, WORRIED ABOUT THE TASK INSTEAD OF THE CUSTOMER. I would like to add to this review. I'm not sure why I continue to shop here instead of nearby Lowe's but again came into the store and needed some help in Hardware Dept. I asked the nearby register teller who called for help over the PA system. I waited 15 minutes and another 10 minutes and while waiting I seen 3 associates in the next aisle over just having a good old time, laughing. I got upset and tired standing and finally left the store. This happens time after time. I'm making it a habit of going to Covina Home Depot instead of Glendora going forward. I attempted to call the manager "Joe" but apparently he was off and no other manager was available. JUST POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please review ratings and see that nothing changes, they need better qualified management to be there and watch how sad the employees are. Employees appear in the small conversation I heard unhappy working, just a bad environment for everyone.

    I stopped in to pick up stain and rollers. The man working in the paint department walked by myself and another lady who needed help stating, "I've got to take a F---ing dump." What happened to knowledgeable and courteous service?

    I love to come here for new projects in my garden . They have everything you need for your garden. They excellent costumer service. The value beats Lowe's prices. Good selection of appliances and cabinets .

    FYI - The Christmas tree lot doesn't open until 8am beginning Friday, November 26, 2021. Great selection of trees and helpful staff for Garden, Electrical and other staffed sections. Always a go to place for anything on our home improvement list! Checkout is a breeze now that they have self check out options. Using a card or tap tech is the fastest way to go! Joseph in the tree lot was incredibly helpful and started our holiday off right - dash, efficient, and very cheerful! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Right when we heard that we called the place and sent them photos and they tell us there's nothing we can do about it even though they told us multiple times it had 0 damage. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from here! SINCE YOU LIKE TO CHANGE YOUR COMMENT 100 times because you have nothing to say I'll add a-bit more! (To come and lie to protect the business you know how to do) But to take care of customers who experienced issues with your merchandise you don't know how to do. PSA we never opened the box until yesterday. So to sit here and lie is just ridiculous. You basically said " if we had the part we'd give it to you but because we don't you'd need to pay for it ". After spending a lot of money on a hood already that turned out to be dented , you're looking to squeeze more money out of customers. This is just unacceptable. THE HOOD WAS NEVER REMOVED OUT OF THE BOX. THEY DID OPEN THE BOX TO SHOW US HOW IT LOOKED. We did not inspect for damage. They told us it had 0 damage and with good faith we purchased it. Don't blame customers for damaged appliances when you yourself know you sell damaged stuff. We contacted you almost 2 months after because we had not finished our kitchen until now and had the chance to install it. "If you really do the most for your customers and "deserve a medal" you would have ordered the damaged part. But you didn't. The first thing you did was informed me we would have to pay for it. So yes you deserve 1 single star. I'd put 0 if I could!!!

Should have been 2 twins. Received a phone call from Gilbert, delivery pushed back another two weeks. Any more delays and will cancel order and ask for refund. Best part of story is mattress delivered in third week by very courteous gentleman who set up new mattress and hauled away old mattress. From my personal experience, go elsewhere for a mattress.     We were having a few issues with our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The freezer would accumulate frost…read morebuildup and water would leak out onto the kitchen floor. We called Covina Appliance as they were fairly local and had good Yelp reviews. We scheduled an appointment and they came out to inspect. They diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain, but they also recommended changing the drawer slides to allow for better closure. We agreed and waited several weeks for the parts to come in. Once the parts came in, the technician came out to replace the slides and clear the drain. He confirmed that the work would now resolve the issues we were experiencing. Within a few weeks, we noticed that ice was continuing to accumulate in the freezer. Given that we were out of town during the holidays, we figured we'd deal with it afterwards. We called the office and had the office staff look up the work order. They confirmed that frost buildup was part of the original request that was addressed. When we explained that the problem was not satisfactorily addressed, we were told that the labor warranty was only good for 30 days, and we were 5 days late! Unbelievable! The only offer we received was a waiver of the service triage fee, but would still be liable for the frost repair, which had already been quoted and paid for during the previous visit. Why would I even consider paying for them to come inspect it again in the first place? Not much of an offer. No thanks. Bottom line, they upsold us on drawer slides we really didn't need, but failed to resolve the actual problem. I would have expected some consideration given that we've done business with Covina Appliance a few times this past year. But given this latest encounter, I am forced to take my business elsewhere.
