I am a handicapped senior lady...I went to the store this week and asked for help getting a piece of plywood cut into several different pieces....Jesse and Levy helped me and went above and beyond to make sure I had just what I wanted....then Levy carried everything out to my van and loaded it all up....excellent experience... Previous visits have been very disappointing... Also...I have to use an electric cart...they are always filthy, dilapidated...and the charge barely lasts...many times I would have done more shopping but had to leave for fear of being stranded with a dead cart... read more

I am losing respect and interest in Home Depot. They tried to make a return a product that I didn't need. Plan to Parchis new product to finish the project. Didn't have the same credit card and they would not do a store credit return. I learned that the whole Virginia region is no longer taking any product back even for store credit. This puts the employees in a compromising position because anyone who does regular business at Home Depot is constantly buying and exchanging things to do a project. Very big deal! read more

In the same Plaza as Walmart - but with much better products at much higher prices. And better service too! Always! This is a good Home Depot but most of them are. They have a little bit of everything. It's not the biggest store but it covers all your needs. Like I said though. Don't expect anything cheap here. We purchased this freezer in Sept. of '20. It was delivered in Nov of '20. It died in Aug of '21 (9 months after delivery). We called the repair line the morning that it broke and were put on the schedule for repair visit, 2+ weeks out. The compressor was the issue. No parts available, supply chain issues (Co-vid related). No contact from either Frigidaire or the repair company for 6 weeks. Frustrated , I finally contacted Frigidaire at the end of Oct '21 (3 months after initial contact), they immediately go to, "We will send you a gift card credit for the replacement cost. Not the complete cost, just the whole dollar amount rounded down ($799.99 to $799.00) not including taxes, delivery, or disposal of original unit."  Which we paid for the first freezer and would have to pay again if we purchased another.   Frigidaire then decides that customer service means very little to them and they get a company by the name North Lane involved. North Lane says they would send the $799.00 credit on a gift card via email.  They send an email with the link to claim the credit, however we get an error message each time we try to click on the link. Called Frigidaire to correct this and they said we need to contact North Lane.  North Lane then says that the email address given to them by Frigidaire was entered wrong, which made no sense because I got their email..I told them I got the email, but the link did not work and requested to speak to a manager...TWICE. To date, I have not heard anything. This is going on 4 months and no reasonable solution offered. I have no idea how Frigidaire stays in business when their customer service and/or complaint/repair department do not care about their customers. Having their freezer for less than a year, paying hard earned money for their product and having it break down so soon and being told they will not replace the broken item with one that works and only offers a small amount toward the cost of getting a new one.  Instead they expect us to eat the cost of taxes, delivery charges and the time it will take to look for and buy another...how is that customer service?   I will think very long and hard before I ever purchase another Frigidaire item, however odds are I will not ever purchase anything related to this company again.   Please tell me why we should have a good opinion of this product or company. read more

your worker bobo literally saved my life. i was getting attacked by seventeen pit bulls (not mr worldwide) and she defended me. they had golden claws and they were all dripped out in icy chains but she frickin picked them up and threw them into space. i was also looking for wood and she showed me where the wood was and then the pit bulls came back and she literally hit them in the face with a motherfrickin 2x4 and then used the proper work procedures to clean up the spilled blood. she was extremely helpful and very capable and you should give her a raise. (once again just to clarify i'm not talking about mr worldwide i'm talking about the dog.) read more

My elderly parents bought a display model dishwasher from here 1yr, 10 mos ago for close to $600. They did not think to look and make sure the serial number sticker was on the side of the door. It wasn't. Without it, all warranties are null and void the minute you sign the credit card slip. It's broken now. Shame on you, Home Depot. Buyers, beware. read more

I needed some paint for a ceiling crack caused by a water leak. The lady in the paint section was able to assist me in various ways. From which shade of white to use and even what kind of brush to go for. Still a bit pricey for some paint and brush, but it got the job done. read more

Went to this Home Depot on Sunday to buy an appliance pkg that was on sale. The young man Cole was very nice and knowledgeable however I had to go to front register for checkout they tried to overcharge me $1000 after much discussion it was down an additional $750 which I still didn't think was right but I paid and when I got home checked my bill still overcharged by $249 so I called the store and was told they would cancel and recharge me but it put my delivery date another month out mind you it was already Jan17th now Feb3. So I call corporate and I am on the phone for 2 hours total with no satisfaction. So I canceled my order because these people just did not get it, still wanted to overcharge not honoring sale price. I really wanted this refrigerator so guess what I went online and ordered it and got sale price no problem!! So watch your invoice with these people they try not to honor what they post online and on the store signage they put it on your invoice so you can't understand hidden cost. I bought this package like I stated online but it's my last purchase ever from Home Depot!!! Oh by the way they are making me drive 20 miles out of my way to go to store to get credited for the first invoice. Horrible customer service even by their corporate office!! By far the worst home depot i have ever been to. First of all, their ice cream selection is piss poor and only had chocolate and vanilla. Secondly, the prime rib was not prime at all and was served to me without my mashed potatoes thoroughly mashed. When I sent my prime rib back I told them they might as well have brought me a piece of plywood, which they inevitably did. So if you want to eat some plywood and or cardboard with a side of nails this is probably where you should go. Overall 0/5 but I have to give 1 star which is absurd because they don't deserve it. It's safe to say I'm going to Outback next time. read more
