Coming to get the soils for my garden when it is on sale. The garden section is great. Great variety of plants selections and plenty of supplies. The other stuff are disorganized and it is somehow hard to find things in the store.

My brother and I traveled all the way here from DC to do some work on a family member's house, who recently passed away. This house needs literally everything, and our plan is to do as much of the work as possible ourselves. Today will be the first of many trips at this hardware store, for all of the work that we need to complete over the next three weeks. I started out with a large case of plastic garbage bags construction grade, so that we can begin clearing out all of the junk. I also purchased two rakes, 3 bags of mulch, a shovel, and potting soil. He already had a lawnmower and most of the lawn care tools that we need fortunately. I got different types of cleaning solutions for all of the bathrooms and hardwood floors. Paper towels were also important to get on this first trip. After a couple of days, we will figure out what other things that we need to buy, and I'm sure it will be a lot.

Waiting for over 30 minutes and no other pickup customers around! #bad service as usual

What's the good of purchasing online, following the instructions and waiting over 30 minutes in the curbside pickup area AND YOUR THE ONLY ONE WAITING? Home Depot will eventually loose out to other stores as they are about equal to Lowes now in customer treatment and quality of service. Better off going to the local lumber yards and hardware stores than trying to shop what they call convent. I could have been inside and picked up the items and been back home already ! And the worst part? I go inside and they ASK ME to go inside the storage shelves and pull out my things from underneath after I have to get a cart! I refused and she put on a b*tch face and ended up just dragging them out and walking away, not even putting them in the cart.

Stopped by Hone Depot to have a key made and what should have been a two minute stop turned into a 15 minute layover as I waited for someone to come to the outdated key kiosk! (FYI Lowe's has a self service key machine that's quick and easy to u) After asking the one working casher to page someone Frank showed up! He was pleasant, professional and made the key in just under one minute! This Home Depot location needs a makeover, it has the feel of a store that's just barely making it!

Cheap construction material only if you know where to find. Got tired of waiting for a customer rep to find what I want

I was looking for a grill and I asked a young lady for help, she didn't know anything about it because she was new and didn't belong to that department, but she still helped us out.

Not like some other large stores where you can't find anyone to help you. They have a lot of merchandise, anything that you might need at reasonable prices. They even have other services such as screen repair which I had to do. My screen door was coming apart, brought it to Ace, no problem, left it, then picked it up several days later. Good as new. You can sign up for their reward programs and they will send you coupons.

The first thing you notice when you go in is how big this store is. It's like a supermarket for home supplies. Big and bright with a very friendly and helpful team of people. They recently did a complete renovation-expansion and were really able to bring in much more merchandise and keep plenty of open space. Their COVID protocols have also been excellent through the pandemic. I like a place that makes you feel safe. It's nice to come here and support a local business. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise here. Hardware, tools, electrical supplies and home (indoor and outdoor) cleaning supplies. They also have a great paint department. I was always very impressed with their BBQs and smokers. They also have many accessories and parts for the more popular brands like Weber and Green Egg. My last trip here was for picture hanging hooks and wall fasteners. I was hanging a large-heavy mirror and they had all the necessary supplies for me. I also needed some specialty cleaning supplies for concrete and they had these special items too. I highly recommend ACE and suggest you try it before venturing out to the big chain stores. Shopping locally is good for our communities.

Well organized, and spotlessly clean displays make the visit worth your while. Custom orders are easily accommodated, and filled quickly in the unlikely event you're looking for something boutique. Their entire counter is surrounded by plexiglass, hand sanitizers are out in plain sight for all to see/use. The staff masks up before coming out from behind the counter to keep folks at east. Nicely done! They've got the olde-world hardware store knowledge combined with good pricing and a work ethic that makes you happy you chose them. Box store employees are mindless gnomes that cannot hold a candle to the folks that work at Best. We've been using their services for a couple decades going back to their old location and they earn our business with every visit. Recommended!
