Please save your time and do not go here. This place is a complete mess. I went in just to grab some screws from isle 10 and the board to measure the screws were blocked by a huge display. I asked the gentleman in isle 10 to help, as he was helping another set of people. Never even acknowledged me as he spent a full 5 minutes talking about a little green string that goes around a pulley for 5 full minutes...with 3-4 people hovering around waiting to ask a question...(does not acknowledge anyone) simply left and went to lowes! Take ur business to lowes! Much calmer! Excellent service at lowes!!! read more

I went in looking for some strange items today and had a very nice man help me find all of them, he was very helpful and friendly, I was dreading coming and this man made it all the better. Only wish I had gotten his name. Only complaint is the ridiculous lines to check out aside from that no complaints about this Home Depot. read more

Been going here for years. Nothing really has changed. The experience is the same that you will get at any other homedepot.

This is the worse Home Depot store in south Florida... the store is always a mess, products can't be found, and personnel uninformed and uninterested. The managers need some corporate training! Thank God for LaVonne who always manages to help me out! read more

This store is horrible, rude staff, isles are clogged with carts and rolling stairs. Blocking fire exits and always out of stock on anything I need. Lowes, I think you will be the next place I go when I need something. read more

I came here today to buy a battery-operated lantern. I asked three people for help, one twice. Each one sent me on a wild goose chase. As I wandered around the store, other employees saw me looking confused, but nobody took the trouble to help me find what I needed. I left the store without it. I did buy a plier (again, with no help, although I could have used it). Checkout was another disappointment. I had to self-check, yet the cashier had me wait while she changed the paper and never offered to help me. The whole experience was impersonal and frustrating. Walking out of the store, another shopper told the guard who checks to see if you stole something (nice) that she would never be back. I told her I felt the same way. We both thought it so sad. When I got home, I found what I needed easily on Amazon. It's situations like this that explain why brick and mortar stores are suffering. read more

Walked in to get a key made. I was told to ask Katherine to help me. I walked up to her and asked her if she can make a key for me. She rolled her eyes laughed rudely and told me that I needed to go find someone else and tell them to page someone. She had a ridiculous amount of attitude and made me feel as if I was bothering her by asking to have a key made. Then when she finally came 10 minutes later to make the key she just stuck her hand out for me to give her the key and did not make any eye contact with me, was very unpleasant and rude. When I took the key home it did not work on the door. So now I have to go back again tomorrow and get another key made. This store normally has good customer service and knowledgable people Katherine not being one of them. I'll be going to the Pembroke Pines location from now on. read more

My husband and I were waiting for more than 40 minutes to have someone to help us to buy patio furniture. You'd think that when you are going to make a big purchase there will be always available but not in this Home Depot. No managers available even when you walk the whole place looking for one. This is not a way to make business. Horrible customer service. read more

Most unprofessional workers at this Home Depot on NW 57th Ave and 167 St. You ask for help and they can't help you or don't have the knowledge of what you are asking for. Employee was completely rude and confrontational once told about his bad manners towards customers. We asked for a manager we got a supervisor who was apologetic about the whole situation however the employee came back around but this time in a different tone and denying his previous acts of unprofessionalism and telling the supervisor that he didn't say things that way or was confrontational. Supervisor didn't not send him off once again an argument happened in front of everyone. This store has bad management, poor customer service and poor training overall to employees. I was embarrassed by this employees actions and left the store unhappy and upset. Don't think I want to go to this store again and would not recommend this store. read more
