    Cracked leg of vanity.

    Purchased a 1,000 vanity that came with a scratch in the sink. They only offered 50.00 off due to the damage. When speaking to customer service Erin, she even called the manager who stated over the phone they wouldn't give any more. When I returned the item, they didn't even ask if I wanted to repurchase a new item. Obviously this Home Depot does not care about your satisfaction nor your business.

    Just warning you, DO NOT ALLOW Ho Depot to deliver anything to your house! They hire third party companies that don't speak English and can wreck your home without liability. If they ruin your hardwood floors, they say it's not their problem. If they cause your house to flood for a bad installation of a washer drain hose, not their problem. Poor service, poor delivery, poor staff and management! Corporate doesn't care about their customers, only money. $18000 in damages and additional $600 in flooring because some foreign idiot was lazy and ho Depot hires the cheapest immigrants! I ask that all Americans boycott Home Depot for using foreign immigrants for cheap labor and for not caring about what they do to their customers.

    This home depot is the worst. Do not go here, do not buy here, if it is on the shelf then you are good otherwise stay away. This is my second such incident with them in the past 6 months, I should have learned after the first time. My wife and I bought a dishwasher on November 8th, after 5 delivery attempts I still do not have a functioning dishwasher and local management refuses to take ownership and do anything they keep placing the blame on the third party installer. I don'care I am home depot's customer not the third party. 2 damaged dishwasher, 2 attempts to deliver and didnt have the parts to install, then local manager tells me to accept delivery and he would get the install completed, nope not going to happen have to wait another week. WTF? These people are an absolute joke, I hope Mark Brown understands how his field personnel are treating their customers. A thousand dollar dishwasher purchased 7 weeks ago and I still do not have it. Take a look at these pictures, delivery company left it like this.

    Not enforcing state wide mask mandate. Over a half a dozen people shopping with no masks. will not go back or do business with them.

What should have been a straightforward and professional process turned into an extremely frustrating situation due to the complete lack of communication from your team. I expected clear updates regarding my delivery, yet I was left without any meaningful communication about the timing, status, or any potential delays. As a paying customer, it is unreasonable to be left guessing about something as important as a scheduled delivery. Your customers deserve transparency, timely updates, and respect for their time. When customers invest their money in your products, they should not also have to deal with unnecessary stress and uncertainty simply trying to receive what they paid for. Additionally, I would appreciate consideration for compensation or some form of goodwill for the inconvenience this situation has caused.     My experience started off great...which should have been a red flag. I was guided through the…read more"best" options for a new washer, and ideal timing to have my appliance delivered. Got the extended warranty and all, but when I called about one issue the first day, I was told I'd have to pay a restocking fee to exchange it despite it just being delivered. Moved on. Not two months later, it stops working for something with the sensor. Made an appointment to have it looked at, but on the day of, got a call to be rescheduled for another two days, after having to already wait four days. Called to file a compliant, and was told it can be replaced if they can't fix it, but need to go through the proper channels. I feel dismissed, and extremely disappointed that in a very short time, we're already dealing with issues...and for a GE "top" appliance. Shop around...you'll be happy you did.
