My experience started off great...which should have been a red flag. I was guided through the "best" options for a new washer, and ideal timing to have my appliance delivered. Got the extended warranty and all, but when I called about one issue the first day, I was told I'd have to pay a restocking fee to exchange it despite it just being delivered. Moved on. Not two months later, it stops working for something with the sensor. Made an appointment to have it looked at, but on the day of, got a call to be rescheduled for another two days, after having to already wait four days. Called to file a compliant, and was told it can be replaced if they can't fix it, but need to go through the proper channels. In February 2024, I purchased a GE Washer and Electric Dryer. 2 weeks afterwards I had to call ABC Warehouse as the Dryer stopped heating. I was given a number for 3rd party appliance repair service. 1 week after service call the Tech arrived, said I needed a part. Another week passed, Tech returned, installed the part. In 10/2024 the dryer stopped heating again. Called the Repair service, Tech arrived 10/2/2024, said a wire came loose. 11/08/2024, I purchased an ABC One year extended warranty, and when they called to renew 11/2025, I told them if I have to keep warranties on these appliances, then they can come and get them. Wouldn't you know it, today, 4 months after warranty expiration, the GE DRYER STOPPED HEATING AGAIN!!! 2 YEARS AFTER PURCHASE. I am a retired Senior Citizen living on a tight budget. Had I known ABC Warehouse and GE sold such unreliable appliances I would not have patronized either company. I called GE today, they are sending a Tech out but if the dryer needs a part I have to pay for it. They also suggested I buy another warranty. You could wait 3 weeks on a refrigerator repair with a warranty, while your food rots and you live out of a cooler. When I could talk to an employee they were decent. However, 3 weeks without a 3,000 refrigerator, is unacceptable. It's a Samsung and has been already fixed three times? Yikes! POS!!! It's getting warmer in Michigan. There's lots of parking here and it's with good reason why. No one is inside the store, except all the sales people who approach you at once. The store is disorganized and smells like stale cigar smoke and other odors of something burning in the store. The way the store is set up reminds me of a garage sale or second hand store. Bought a dish washer. Sales was Okay. Price was okay. Dimensions and details were not effectively explained. Install, by their contractor, was awful. Had to tear out floor tiles in front and installer suggested "just put a white board in front, because maintenance on this requires it to be pulled out again. SAD. Husband insisted, install and now has called store and installer over 6 times in 2 weeks to find out when they will take away the old washer, left in front of the house for 2 months (some acceptable pandemic delay). HOWEVER we get no answer about removal and disposal which was included in payment. Wafir took great care of me. Looking at a demo high end dishwasher, got a us a great deal and had us wrapped up and ready to pick up before he went to lunch. Fast, efficient and a much better price than I could find at Lowes or Home depot. Their prices are unbeatable but for a good reason. They do not stick to their promise and messed up our deliveries several times. Also their installation guy told us that we have to first raise the counter and then he would install the dishwasher for us. He charged us for dishwasher installation in advance. After we fix the countertop he refused to show up to fix the dishwasher install we already paid for. He first said we did not paid for it. After I sent him a picture of the check we gave him he admitted that we paid for it but did not respond to my calls anymore. That is stealing in my mind. read more

Last week I bought 2 Sony TVs, one is 40 inch and another is 55 inch. I asked for TV installation of the 55 inch one. So the sales lady input my information in their system and said their contractor would call me to make the arrangement. The contractor called me once before the TV was delivered. After the TV was delivered, I wanted to set an appointment to set up my TV on the wall. But the contractor (Andy) never responded back me the day before our agreed day to set up exact time. I called ABC warehouse to ask about. The employee answered my call was very rude and not helpful and just asked me to contact the contractor directly. She did give me the contractor company's phone number. When I called the contractor company, the guy told me my address was out of their service range. I told him that they should have responded to me not letting me know they would come to set it up. Anyway, I feel ABC Warehouse does not care their customers at all. Delivery service is a joke. Said they'd be here between 11am and 3pm, and would call me 1 hr before delivery. Here I am 4:20 PM and still no phone call, website still says delivery between 11am-3pm. I called the store to see if they knew what was going on. I was told "Well we do know the delivery driver is running behind." I asked if they knew about how long behind, she simply said she didn't know those details and they're backed up from the holiday weekend. Waiting all day for a delivery and receiving no updates is ridiculous!! Never again. UPDATE: Delivery finally came at 7:40pm. No call ahead, no updates from the store over the phone or online. BUYER BEWEAR Possible racketeering on the 17th of April we purchased a "NEW" whirlpool refrigerator from ABC warehouse . this was supposedly a floor model but it was a "NEW" one. Unit was selected and the purchase was consummated. Several days later ,with no warning, an ABC warehouse truck showed up in front of my house saying that they had a refrigerator for me. I was not informed of their scheduled delivery and I was just as I was pulling out to go to a meeting. I took a quick peek inside the truck and saw the refrigerator they were sending me ....and it was beat up! dented ALL over and scratched up really bad!. I refused the refrigerator because I didn't have time AND because this was NOT the refrigerator that I picked out at the ABC warehouse. I got a call from the store manager a half hour after I had already refused the truck. Hes telling me that my refrigerator was on the way, be at my house in 40 minutes and wanted to know if I was home. What a jerk!!.... he had no idea what was going on. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of the troubles. When they re-deliver the refrigerator they came to my house with the refrigerator...... but they had removed the doors!! They were saying that they had to do that so they could get the refrigerator through my front door. Which they didn't really need to do.... but what they DID need to do was to conceal the damage !!... so .... they proceeded to lean the refrigerator doors against the wall and against my furniture in my house without even asking!... and of course., with the outside of the door facing the wall!!!.... concealing damage!!...Once inside they re-assembled the refrigerator!.. and only then do I come to find this was the same refrigerator from the day before that I had refused Because it was damaged and had dents and scratches and everything all over. These guys just straight up pulled a fast one!...Truck driver wrote delivery sheet that there was a "dent on the door". He then threw the shipping receipt on the counter and they never even gave me a chance to ask any questions at all OR to even sign for it!... and they left in a rush. .....I kept saying to them over and over again......Saying "this is NOT my refrigerator!" and "this is NOT a new unit!!!"..Told ABC warehouse the refrigerator also has paint all over the inside of the refrigerator! And it makes a very loud noise when it's running! Certainly not a new refrigerator!!!. After getting no satisfaction from ABC warehouse I called Whirlpool World headquarters in Benton Harbor Michigan where their products are manufactured. After giving them the model and the serial number off of the nameplate I was asked if I sent in any registration cards for the warranty. I told the man no I have all the paperwork here they're trying to pass this off as a brand new machine but it's not but. It was just. Purchased and no one has mailed anything. I just got the refrigerator the day before. That is when the whirlpool representative told me something astonishing!.... said that according to their records they told me that this refrigerator was actually sold on October 6, 2014!!! Because someone had mailed in the registration card and they had it on file!..I also found the testing Certificate from whirlpool with the unit paper work. Indicated that the unit had been tested on January 24, 2011. EIGHT YEARS AGO. NOT NEW! ABC warehouse refuses to except the refrigerator for return or exchange. They refused to stand behind the product in anyway. whirlpool world headquarters tech said " it sure looks to me like there is definitely something shady going on. Will likely be forwarding all of this information to Novi police Department Detectives Fraud investigation unit. I think an investigation is in order.I think somebody needs to take a look into this. I received a remote car starter as a Christmas gift. I called the store 12.31 and was told the installer was off, but would be in 1.1. My husband and I drove separate cars during the snow storm for 35 minutes only to learn the installer did not come in. I was told to call Mickey Shorr! I asked to speak to the manager. After holding for 12 minutes I hung up. I called back and spoke to a manager. He stated he was trying to get another installer to come in. He told me to call back! I told him I was the customer, he should be calling me if he comes in. Needless to say, I have not been contacted by the store manager. I will be returning my gift. I will never shop at ABC again and thanks to social media my contacts (personal and professional) will also receive this information. read more

We live in Florida and Cathy assures us when we're ready to purchase to give her a call. We are thankful we did and spoke to Cathy and she help us through the process of purchasing, scheduling the delivery and assuring us it will be ok and that she would take care of the order and she did! Mud on every wall , walked on my white carpet with boots on and not even the room they need to go in. Had to open the door. Wtf! Delivery process is horrible. Store stated that my delivery time will be posted "on-line" at 6:00 am. I set alarm for 6:00am so I can plan the day as ABC Warehouse will not tell you when they will deliver. Delivery time was NEVER posted "on-line". Luckily the day before I had requested a number for the warehouse and was able to call that number. Sitting an waiting all day for a delivery is ridiculous. ABC Warehouse states they will give you one hour notice when the driver calls. I live one hour away from the delivery location. Their sales staff, at least the sales person I've been dealing with, has a lot to learn about how to take care of a customer. I purchased a full appliance package, and Joe Julian (Novi Michigan store) was my sales person. I was moving into a brand new home didn't have any appliances, so I made sure I placed my order early to avoid any issues. The day of the delivery we were told that our fridge was not in yet. A lot of back and forth, I'm now going on 8+ weeks since purchase and I still don't have my fridge. I get the part where the unit is backordered by the manufacturer, but the part that I'm disappointed about it that Joe has made 0 effort to offer any kind of a solution to the problem, or at least contact me and keep me updated. I'm always the one that has to call him and chase the answers. He's also horrible at returning calls. Not once has he returned the call when I leave a message, and I basically have to keep calling until I happen to catch him and pull answers out of him. This business is totally unethical. I will never make purchases there ever again and will tell everyone I know how they do business. I purchase my flat screen T.V. from them and made the terrible mistake of having it delivered by them. When the delivery guys arrived I assumed they were ABC professionals and since there were two of them asked if they could place my flat screen T.V. on my media center. My media center was brand new and I paid $1,500 for it. They placed it in a hurry and ran off. After they left I noticed a big gauge mark in the wood near the sharp corner of the T.V. I immediately called him because I knew there was not a mark on my media before he arrived. He first tried to deny then he told me he is not responsible because he works for another company that they don't pay him much and it comes out of his pocket. He did a really good job making me feel bad for him until I found out the cost of fixing my media center was $1000.00. So I called ABC Warehouse to speak manager and he told me the delivery guy was not supposed to take my T.V. out of the box and then gave me the run around. Of course if I was informed prior that they were not responsible for delivery damaged I would have never let them deliver it or bought one from Best Buy for same price and better service. Purchased a brand new GE refrigerator that is a month old. The first one was delivered damaged on one door. They sent out a replacement the next week and that one came damaged as well. So they sent out a third one. The Third one was working for one month and completely shut off. Stopped working totally. I called the ABC Warehouse in Novi and spoke to the manager "Paul" regarding the first two damaged refrigerators. When I called back to speak to him regarding the refrigerator not working...the girl said he was in a meeting until 10:00. Well at 2:00 pm, I called back after not hearing from him and the secretary said "well, I gave him your message but he said you have to deal with the service department and because it's a Saturday, they don't open till Monday. The Manager didn't even have the decency to call me back. Pushed me off to the service department for a month old refrigerator. They are always willing to help when you're making a purchase....but never when you have a problem. Cannot get good quality customer service from the Novi Store. We purchased all 4 kitchen appliances on Sunday 8/24. We asked for delivery on the following Friday, however the 2 salesman informed us that Wednesday would be best because there is a chance ABC may run out of supply for 2 appliances. (What? run out of supply? whatever.) We were also informed it would be a morning delivery (I typically work 4am-12) so I took a vacation day. I did not hear from them by 11AM so I made a call and was told they will arrive between 1pm-3pm. HA! 1 vacation day wasted. The appliances finally arrive and one appliance has rust all over the unit! We accept the other 3 and deny delivery of the 4th. We speak with the salesman and we are informed that it will be delivered the following day. Of course, no one arrives the following day. 2 vacation days wasted. After speaking with ABC on the phone Thursday, they apologize for the miss communication and say it will be here Friday morning. (the day they originally said they couldn't deliver). We were informed again of a morning delivery, that we could possibly be the first delivery at 7:30 AM woohoo! Welp, they arrive at 3:15pm. 3 days vacation used at this point. Anyway, they pull in the driveway, begin unloading the unit and there is a 1 foot dent in the front. No joke. The delivery men look at it "woa, definitely do not accept this. Call your salesperson and reschedule. Unfortunately it is labor day weekend and the next available day will be Tuesday" SERIOUSLY? Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday all pass and we are now scheduled for a Tuesday morning delivery! I refused to take work off again, so they understood and said they would deliver in the afternoon. Guess what, I get a call at work at 7:15AM informing me they will be at my house in 45 minutes. I cant make this shit up. Since I live 45 minutes from home, I take a 1/2 day (now 3.5 days vacation) and speed home. I actually turn down my street while they are turning in....perfect timing! I park in the driveway and they begin backing the truck up to make the delivery.....AND HIT MY MAILBOX! The driver had no idea I saw him, he actually got out of the truck and began jerking the mailbox back in the opposite direction to position it straight. I pretended as though I didnt see anything, wondering when exactly he would tell me he smoked my mailbox......needless to say, he did NOT inform me. After accepting the appliance, we contact the manager of Novi who reaches out to MIKE LYNCH (the biggest SOB ever) to see just how they plan to remedy this situation. Took them 10 days, 2 defective units, 1 no show, a broken mailbox (hit and run one might say, since he chose not to tell me) and the amount of stress put on my wife can't be put into words. So how does Mike Lynch handle the situation? Like a complete asshole. Hangs up on my wife, says mailboxes are easy to fix, just tighten the screws. He said he will send out the delivery men (who are delivery men, not mailbox repair men) to fix my mailbox and fail to mention a day or time...because he hung up on us. DO NOT GO TO ABC of NOVI and definitely do not waste your time with Mike Lynch. He has NO CLUE when it comes to customer service, complete asshole. read more
