Zero zero zero stars! I ordered a new refrigerator because they told me they could get it the next day. Well I did than install guy said he did not want to install because there is a leak in water valve. I'm like ok what would you do. I asked if it was an easy fix he said yes. And he confirmed it too. Lone story short they did not install it and it is not an easy fix and now I have no water to house, no refrigerator , but I do have food that is rotting now in my kitchen. Home Depot is always a great place to find the things I need, and want for my home. The only downside is, it's very difficult to find an associate when you need one. I usually have to walk past several large aisles before finding someone, and then there are several people already waiting to be helped. It is annoying, but once I'm helped, I receive great information, and customer service. read more

There's no place for 0 stars, so I guess they get one to warn others from this happening to them. I bought custom blinds & had a handyman install them in a rental 5-6 weeks after purchasing. Warped so bad right out of the box they hardly function at all. I was told there was nothing they could do as it was past the warranty period. He had several great recommendations and sample selections for us to view. He showed examples of past work they recently completed. He went above and beyond spending 2 hours with us valuing our wants and desires. He even valued future prospects by showing possible kitchen remodel and cabinet selections. Home Depot is a hardware store that has a wide variety of appliances, kitchen remodeling, patio furniture, BBQ, grills, containers, and much more! This location is off of the 95N/Ann exit in the Centennial Plaza with spacious amount of parking available. You could spend at least an hour inside looking at all of their offerings! My daughter and I stopped in to buy a few storage containers. It was relatively easy to locate the containers towards the end of the Home Depot store. Check out was a breeze with their new self service check out! This is a great store for any type of hardware requirements. read more

I hired Rich Gambill to re-install a dishwasher for me, and I could not be more pleased with my decision. The dishwasher had not been installed correctly, and had not worked since buying it, but Rich was determined to find the problem. He diagnosed the motor had a disconnect, took the time to sand and clean, reinstall, test, and test and test again and lo and behold, it now works! Yeah, Rich. Big kudos. What could improve? Fire the man working the paint counter. My husband was standing at the counter and was totally ignored. There were no other customers around and he's 6'2" so I'm sure the clerk was aware that he was waiting. After a few minutes, the clerk says, Do You Have a Question? His tone, annoyed. My husband says, I Need White Interior Paint (and he specified all details) and this Home Depot employee replies, That's Not A Question. My husband was so shocked by the rudeness he just replied, I'll Find It Myself. How is this person allowed to behave this way? I needed help in the light fixture section. I intended to buy 12 fixtures. I finally saw an employee but they said they would send someone else. Another employee showed up about 15 minutes later and, to be kind, I will say his attitude was poor and he wasn't helpful at all. Very disappointed with the customer service. I will start by saying the THOUSANDS of dollars I spend at this location and my pro account will back up what I say. I have been a contractor for over 10 yrs , I been in the trades over 30 years. I am seriously thinking about filing a legitimate lawsuit against this store. If this same situation hadn't happened on more then 3 separate occasions I might not of noticed it. I don't particularly like self check out, never have never will. I noticed how they appoint someone there at the self check out and this person basically PROFILES individuals on who they think might STEAL or not check out all their items. When I see certain people being left alone and the person basically RUNS up to my cart to quickly start scanning my items, it's blatant profiling and discrimination. If your letting one customer scan their own items and only scanning people you THINK might steal, your in for a HUGE LAWSUIT!! I will be documenting this from now on and I can guarantee if this happens a Fourth or fifth time, your conveying to those employees their job is to single out individuals they think might steal and if that's what your doing it will come out, they where being asked to profile people of race, color, or whatever confirmation biases that person has. This place has gotten really bad over the past few years. It's staffed with people who don't know anything hardware related and don't care to help you as a customer. Just today I asked a group at the register if they can help me locate an item and you'd think I asked them to scale mt. Everest with me. They paged another group and told me that even though the website and their portable scanner said they had 21 of this item in stock it must be a "miscount" in their system. Then they went back to playing on their phones and talking with their buddies at another register. Review based on experience during COVID19. While employees at the entrance were masked and gloved, employees inside the store were not. Aisles were difficult to navigate and customers weren't guided for social distancing at checkout inside, only at the garden center checkout. Love this location, a bit crowded all the time no matter what time you come in but wait is not very long. They have the best variety of plants and prices are much lower than Lowe's.
