I have loved "Home Depot" since I lived in another state. My ex would bering me her while he purchased material for his building projects, but the one thing they lack is customer skills and very seldom do you see any of the females behind the counter smiling or appreciating their job. I love this store although they have a lack a lot of merchandise that I've been used to purchasing. Purchases something to heat the house will bring back base of not working as well as they were advertise, I won't be buying another one, because this will be my second time, buying a set and having to bring the item back. read more

As usual Home Depot ,don't expect more. It's usually not busy at all compare with other home depots, so we can done our things very fast. Pros - neat, most of the time item on stock ,not busy at all. I purchased an inflatable "Nutcracker" at the Loganville store. Upon opening the box, I discovered that it needed a transformer that was supposed to be included. The box that originally contained the transformer, was empty. I returned the Nutcracker to the store, not to get a replacement, but to get a transformer. Because it would not scan, the return people said they could not help me. I then asked to speak to the store manager (after about a 10 minute wait) she comes strolling up talking on a phone. I voice that I needed to speak to her, and she continued to talk on the phone for about another 5 minutes. My time is valuable (to me) and I needed to go because I could not wait any longer. This is the third time in the past year that this Home Depot has screwed over me. The first one was a product the they sold called "Deck Renewal" by Bahr. The product goes on thick and after about a year started to peal. The Depot said "There is nothing we can do about it, you have to talk to Bahr." (I only needed to know how to fix it). The second time, I wanted to put ceramic tile in a room of my home, The salesman took my dimensions and gave us a $1500 estimate but we would need a "final estimate", which was $2800. Because this was almost twice the original estimate, I could not afford it and they still charged me $35 for the estimate. This sounds like some kind of scam. I am cutting up my Home Depot Credit card, and I will not set foot in another Home Depot Store. They have lost my business for ever. read more

I purchased Scott's Triple Action, I had horrible results and I took it back to Home Depot. They told me I had to reach out to Scott's. I can not find anything on Yelp for Scotts so Home Depot is going to have to bear the anger. I reached out to Scotts, I was told I had to give it two more weeks. I waited two more weeks with even worse results. I again contacted Scotts and was told by not one but two customer NO service agents. That I had to send the UPC code and copy of receipt. I did and sent it registered and they got it on 5-16-19. I was told by their employees that I would have my refund in 10 to 14 days of them getting my proof. As of today 6-4-19 I have gotten nothing from them. I called again today and got a totally off the wall supervisor. She told me they did not input the information till 5-21-19, this is not my fault they waited 5 days after they got my certified information. I have to give them 5 more days??? why???? I have todays call recorded as my other conversations with them and they just lie. DON'T BUY SCOTT'S PRODUCTS. read more

Ok, Home Depot is not much worse for wear than the brighter lit competition, but in truth, each Home Center carries nearly the same stuff with nearly the same prices. What differentiates Home Depot from the other place to me is the dimmer and less organized layout, and yes, as some other Yelper's have stated, the staff seems to be less available and helpful. I still shop here as well but in truth, I prefer the brighter and friendlier competition. read more

Rented an airless paint sprayer. The sprayer was in poor repair and leaked paint from the inlet connection. Printed directions were incomplete and the unit was so dirty that I could not see the control knobs or settings. The employee upon check out gave wrong information regarding any thinning of latex paint. After an unacceptable experience the manager did refund the rental charges. But did not offer to replace the wasted paint. Won't be renting anything else from this Home Depot. read more

I went here before Christmas to purchase a grill for my husband. Of course I knew that it possibly would be low on stock or not there. I was greeted by one of the lady employees(really wish I could remember her name) and she helped me find what I was looking for already assembled. One of her co-workers gave her the heads up that there were some issues with the one that was pre-assembled ; so they both went above and beyond with finding one for me. I feel that a lot of times people forget about customer service but these two employees along with the other young man that helped them load the grill in my vehicle are 5star employees ! I would suggest this location to anyone. I do not see why this location has received negative reviews! read more

I have been informed that Home Depot will no longer offer a discount to veterans. In my case it it won't amount to much as I will simply shop at the Lowes store in the future. As has happened with two of our local restaurants, I'm sure I will drive ten miles out of my way to avoid doing business with Home Depot. Yesterday 5/4/2016, I went to the Loganville location to ask Customer Service about their return policy. I spoke with a blonde woman behind the desk between 12-1pm. She advised me it would depend on the item I was returning. I explained it was a lawn mower and I no longer had my receipt. The nice lady said, "You have 60 days and we can look up your information by the card you used."Needless to say, I returned the next day and was told the policy was 30 days. I explained to the new customer service manager and an additional manager what happened. They asked me to describe the lady, which I did. Although, they said no one there matches the description. I asked them to check their video footage, which they declined. The store manager returned my call at 5:54p.m to say they will not honor the misrepresentation of this fictional employee I made up. Mind you they have the video footage to prove what I am saying. As a business owner myself, this is unacceptable. Never will I shop here again!! Every function that is held in Gwinnett County, I will be sure to let all know!! Called the Regional Office and filed a complaint as well!! read more
