I have received great customer service every time I have visited this Home Depot. Alicia always provides excellent customer service when I go through her register to checkout! She goes above and beyond to help customers. I always look forward to looking at the holiday decorations. They always have a great selection of Halloween and Christmas decorations. I stopped by my local Home Depot recently to pick up a couple of improvement items on Sat. 12/8/18. I got to hand it to the store's sales associates, they all were fantastic. I was approached and asked if I need any assistance during my 40min long wondering through the store, no less that six times. Each person gave a genuine smile when offering their assistance. I said no five times; but upon the sixth inquiry I realized that I was lost in the volume of (organized, and well stocked) store items. I would like to say "thank you" to Crystal for her assistance in finding me the correct "under the cabinet" light bulb. It took a while, but we finally accomplished the job together. And last, a warm "thank you" to Kathy, the first person to greet me upon entering the Depot, and assisted me in my purchases when exiting.
