I love shopping at the Home Depot, and this store in particular. One of their plumbing guys, Bob, has always been able to help me figure out unique problems that I've encountered. Even without their local service, I would shop here all the time for the money it saves me. Being able to overbuy on materials, so that I don't have to make many return trips, is wonderful. If I don't have a receipt for the item I purchased, they are able to look it up using my credit or debit card, or my pro rewards (phone) number! That way I don't have to worry that the materials I overbought won't be refunded. Also, if it can't be found that way, they will return the product for store credit! This gives me peace of mind and saves melots of time and money. I appreciate that! read more

Even for a home depot this store is bad. I recently bought a house where this home depot is on my way home from work. I've been in here 4 times over the last 2 months. Each time the parking lot has had some combination of tweekers, people drinking alcohol, or homeless people hanging around the parking lot. Inside the customer service been mixed. The cashiers have been pretty friendly. The real "winner" of the one star rating is Hardware. I've had to talk to the same guy on two different visits and he was rude and apathetic. It was almost like he went out of his way to be unhelpful when you asked him questions.I believe his name is Brad but it is hard to stay because his uniform was so dirty. It was so stained and his odor was so bad, I am shocked his manager did not force him to change when he showed up for work. My experience here just confirms my believe that we do not need to provide a minimum wage for a below minimum work ethic or waste my tax money on their health care. I'd like to say I'm never going to Home Depot again but I know that isn't a reality in this day and age. Instead, I will never go to this location ever again or to Ace. read more

I bought a refrigerator/bottom freezer on Friday. Dave and his manager worked really hard to get me the advertised price that was no longer valid. When I got home, I realized that it wouldn't fit. I went back to Home Depot on Saturday to return it. Everyone at the store was very helpful and friendly, especially Dave. He sent me home with the perfect refrigerator for me-and a hug! read more

Home Depot isn't so much a choice for home owners as it is a necessity, so if I absolutely MUST fix it, I stop here first for parts. If I need it, they probably have it, from A/C fuses, CFL bulbs, stove parts, new bathroom fixtures, flooring, to another garden hose (aka doggy chew toy), or a dozen different kinds of herbs for my most recent foray into window box gardening. They are cheap as can be, but even if I go in for washers and duct tape, I never leave for less than $65. read more

This place is close to me. I have spent and continue spending money here. Place is understaffed and management is awfully unefficient, at least in the evening. I hate to write bad reviews, but I have never been in retail business where I have to request help from the customer service desk 3 times, wait for 20min and no one cares to show up in gardening. Manager was busy chatting with employees. I wonder how does HD train their employees? 1st rule in retail business: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION COMES FIRST. As a licensed paint contractor and owner of Urban Paint Pro, llc my projects are dependent on those who provide my product, this Home Depot paint department is the BEST, including all sherwin williams everywhere, because Sandy can mix semi transparent concrete stain in any sherwin williams color, when even they refused to do such. Customer for life. Better yet, I placed to order and paid via phone with Jenna, friendly, professional, and informative. They have time to complete the order, and I can pick it up later to make my samples. I went into Home Depot to specifically have a key made by one of the employees because I know that it is cheaper than using the automated machine, they now provide. So I ask an older gentleman there, who had an orange apron on with the name Brad on it, (although he looked around 90 and didn't look like a "Brad") . As he approach me, where I was waiting for him at the key kiosk, he mumbled to me- in words more or less- that he guesses I can't read on how to make my own at the automated machine. I proceeded to let him know I know they are cheaper if he made it. He agreed and made my key begrudgingly. I think people like this don't really need a job if they can't smile and give you the service you deserve. I mean, c'mon, all he had to do is insert my key into the machine and the rest is done automatically. This guy needs to retire! read more

This location is a bit far from my home, but we were doing some backyard landscaping and needed the bricks that only this location have inventories for. This store even price match the other location's price, which I was very pleased of. Services were great and I would definitely come here again if I need to get anything in big quantities again. read more

In store is hit and miss. Some employees know their business and seem to care, others are oblivious. Visit the Home Depot during off hours / slow times to get some real help. The sub contracting of delivery and install is a huge weakness. Home Depot uses the bottom of the barrel providers when it comes to delivery and installs. If you can possibly buy appliances and other products that require delivery or install elsewhere, you will be making a wise choice. read more

Horrible customer service. I purchased a string of 100 Christmas lights and they started to flicker when I put them on my tree, so I came to the store I bought them from to get a store credit and they would only give me .61 cents for a 2.24 purchase because I can't locate my receipt. Spoke to a manager and she was full of attitude and basically told me that's the policy and tough. I called the 1800 number to provide feedback for such a crap policy only to find out they are closed today. Just a horrible experience. I'm sure treating a customer fairly and giving an honest customer their 2.24 full STORE CREDIT will break them. Hot water heater installation price way out of line with every article I read on the web $550.00 compared to $250 to $350. What was worse, I was told I was paying for a quality installer. Here's what I found, reviews for the contractor, Delta Mechanical, were not that of a professional installer rather one that doesn't care about the customer and barely ranks 2 stars on Yelp. End of the story, I went to Lowes and found a similar hot water heater and their contractor and installation price ($275.00) were both aligned with my expectations. read more

She was just blatantly rude. She seemed as if I was inconveniencing her. Was no help at all. Seemed irritated with every question I asked her. Starting with the salesman who explained everything thoroughly, continuing with our project coordinator, who kept us in the loop each step of the way, and on through the installation, everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly. I am far from handy so I usually like to go to small places like Ace hardware because I know im going to get personal help all the time versus trying to chase somebody down at a big warehouse only to find out they have to chase somebody down in that department (you all know what im talking about). Well this home depot is not like that. Most of the employees are actually giving you eye contact and care to assist. I was building a wooden shelf display for my business and didn't know what type of wood, trimming, or nails to use. All I knew was the measurements and how many shelves I wanted to make. My ears heard wood being cut towards the back left of the store and so I went. Vick approached me and asked if I needed any help (wow nice) and from there everything was smooth sailing. He recommended the best wood for what I was planning on putting on the shelves, gave me advice on trimming and even walked all the way to the nails to show me what type of nails to use and also cut all the wood the exact measurements I needed. I ordered some Martha Stewart bathroom cabinets at this store and was told there would be a 5 week delay..ok with this. After ordering(and paying), later in the day, I get a call informing me that the delay would be 8 weeks...a 60% increase in the lead time. First, the vendor should have been called to verify this before I ordered and 2nd, who would buy cabinets from you in the future and wait this long??? I am in the market for kitchen cabinets but will not order from Home Depot again. Basic cabinets like this should not be sold in your store with a lead time like this...one could literally put up a house in this amount of time!!!! As my Aunt & I were in the garden center (2:00 PM on Mon, Oct. 26), an employee with a gas blower was going down the isles blowing debris around, through the air, etc. While I understand it is necessary to keep work areas clean, there are other ways to do it during business hours. I have horrible allergies and my Aunt wears contacts and had dirt blown in her eye and her vision became so filled with gunk that she was forced to stop in her tracks and mess with her contacts. I saw a nearby employee and asked him politely if he could ask the employee with blower to stop for a few min while we grabbed what we needed to. After watching the nearby employee go up to the employee with the blower and say something, then look at us (looking slightly intimidated, I may add, which leads me to believe the man with the blower may have a history of having not the nicest behavior), the man with the blower turned off the blower, scoffed, waved his hand visibly in the air at the older gentlemen employee AND at us, and turned the blower back ON, continued blowing, smirking the whole time. My Aunt (who may I add was willing to spend a fair amount of her income at that particular store) and I walked straight out. Even if the request was inconvenient, I would think that a store that prides themselves on customer service would be more than happy to put their duties on hold (or better yet, wait until after the store has closed) to accommodate the health needs of patrons such as ourselves. 04/15/2016 purchase made, HD associate in the flooring dept. recommended and pulled all product after I told him what I was doing. 05/12/2016 tile adhesive still won't dry, called store and spoke to a manager named Aaron. He told me he would call me back in thirty minutes after speaking to a "tile installer". He never called back 05/15/2016 tile adhesive still won't dry, spoke to Adolpho at the Home Depot where the purchase was made. Pulled tile and took photos of the floor. Took two tiles as a sample to Adolpho. He told me he had to do some research and would call me back. 05/16/2016 received a call from a person named Daniella, after I e-mailed her a photo of the floor she said "it wasn't prepped correctly". Yet their associate was told what I was doing and I had explained to him what had been removed. The associate said nothing about having to "prep" the existing floor when asked. She stated that it was my problem because HD did not do the install and that I should call the product manufacturer. Asked for the name of her manager, she refused to give it to me and said she would ask him to call me. Mike Starks is the manager's name and he has not called me back 05/16/2016 called the 1-800 number for customer service. After being laughed at by the rep that answered the phone I was transferred to an "L2" associate named Sirjay (pronounced sair-gay). After retelling the situation to him I was told this was not Home Depot's responsibility because I did not have them install the tile. He gave me case # 01944599 and said I would have to call back to get any further and he refused to transfer to a supervisor. read more
