    Worse Customer Service Experience EVER!!! Placed an order online with another store 6561 (Grand Parkway) because it showed that they have the order in their inventory. Scheduled and paid for a 2 days delivery. On day of delivery, called the store and was told Store 6530 (Rosenburg) was the store that would be doing the final delivery. Called this store and the Manager stated there was nothing she could do about my order since it has been rescheduled for the next day and I was just calling at 4pm. Told her I place the order early online (2 days) prior and only called since I didn't get any delivery update from them so It was not like I was just calling at 4pm given the fact I had already scheduled my vendors that would be using the inventory to work on my project for the next day at 8am. Did care a bit. Asked why I was not called to be updated on this delay, NO Responses. Asked to given a window when the delivery will be done, stated between 6am to 8pm. Asked if She could confirm an opening between 6am to 8am, she said NO!!. Told her I would call Corporate and give reviews on all social media about this bad experience I just had with them and hung up. So long story short, I didn't get my order per the scheduled date. If you place an order online with this or ANY HOME DEPOT store, start calling them ASAP just to ensure that your order is truly available in their store (they don't update their inventory rightly per my conversation with the Corporate office), ensure you go pick up rather than schedule for them to deliver cos they don't have the trucks or flat beds, and also their customer service SUCKS!!! They cannot help nor are they bother to help resolve your issues. Its a SHAME you make your customer believe they are getting the right services they paid for!! **Update*** Next Day I was called that my items was on the way for delivery. Delivery guy was given only 20 of my 60 rebars ordered. Said they told him it was 60. We both took pictures and I called back the store, they kept me on hold for 27 mins only to be told they will start processing my 40 items to be delivered the next day. What is wrong with this store!!!! Later called and request for my refund, was told i will be called with the refund info. A guy call from another Home Depot store (completely different and not close to my home) and stated i needed to come to his store to swipe my card in order to get my refund. Asked him how his store got involved since i had nothing to do with his store, he stated they must had wrongly called his store instead of the initial store the order identified when i made my payment that it was the Rosenburg's store's mistake. Told him the same way someone mistook my 60 items delivery as a 20. When will they learn. Their attention to details is sad... Told him I refuse to go into a store for a refund for an online purchase and that they all (making a total of 4 home depot store Grand Parkway, Kings Bridge, Rosenburg and now Katy) should fix their issues and refund my money. I AM TOTALLY DONE WITH HOME DEPOT... THIS IS A BIG SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!!!!! YOU ALL DROPPED THE BALL. Corporate need to ensure they have the right people working for them

    Great delivery driver threw his empty 24oz. Beer into our storm drain. One star for open container, littering, and polluting a watershed.

    Delivery drivers had an open container (24oz. Bud Light), littered, throwing it into a storm drain, and polluted our watershed. Besides that, they also threw the plastic covering of the new washer into the road.

    Bianca in the paint department was above and beyond exceptional when working with my husband and me. She took her time to create our "Swiss Coffee" with the perfect hue. Furthermore she guided us in what paint to buy for redoing our kitchen cabinets. The outcome has been amazing and we love the color. Josh was also very friendly and helpful! Management should be very proud of these two amazing employees!

    Excellent customer service. I love The Home Depot. My visits never disappoints. The variety and quantity of the products are amazing.

    Terrible customer service, they have absolutely no respect. I'm never coming to this Home Depot or any Home Depot again.

    Called to come out and fix oven, came out charged me $430 said the part was $385 and had to order…read moreit. Part came in after 2 weeks. He came and installed part oven worked 1 time I was able to cook a pizza. A few days later I went to use it again and I was getting error code again called tech and he said he'd have to order another part it must be defective. It took 3 weeks for him to finally come to house to change out part that he said he ordered but needed the old part as he had to return it. When he came he did not have the new part but took the part and my display. My husband called him wanting to know what was going on and why he did not replace it his reply was he needed to order the part. At this point my husband told him that we'd like a refund and the parts he took out. Needless to say he refused to give back my parts and display and only refunded us $285. Now I have a hole in my oven as I have no display. I'd refrain from using Rosenberg Appliance.

Awesome. So then was told they would come the following day. Yet we never heard from them nor did they show. So I called again. I repeatedly told the broken English speaking man several times any day but Wednesday worked. He decided to show Wednesday when no one was here and gets upset. Well sorry I was very very clear Wednesday no one would be here. This man is very rude and snobby. I have called again and now he claims they are busy and doesnt know when they can come again. It's been a week and we have yet to have our washer looked at. I highly recommend expanding your search into Houston and not supporting this local business. Let me add when they say they will call you they are calling once at your house. They dont give a heads up.

    The receptionist was friendly and explained how John James manages his routes. I called at 7 Friday…read morenight and he was out there at 11:45 the next morning. He was unable to get the part that day, being that it was not in stock, but quoted me the price for when he got it and would install it. He was flexible with the deposit amount and was out of there in about 30 minutes, after explaining how I could use dry ice in the meantime to save my food. The part came in on Tuesday, as expected. I had to call them that afternoon when I had not received a call to let me know the part was available. John James got to my house within an hour(?), got the part installed. A new error had in the meantime shown up on our fridge. He let my husband know what that would be if the part we just got didn't fix it. He also showed him where on the fridge we could find the error key for future reference so that we don't have to scour the world wide web. My husband paid with credit card and was charged exactly what we were quoted and John James was out in a jiffy! I've never had appliance repair so I can't rate the cost, but the convenience and service far exceeded my expectations, the only exception being if I was called to confirm that the part was in and see when would be a good time to come back out.

We were having a problem with the ice maker on our refrigerator/freezer. Initial response was excellent -- they could look at the unit within a day or two (visit #1). Technician came and said he'd need to order a new ice maker, then come back to install it. We paid ~$150.00 for initial visit. Said it would take a week to ten days. After more than two weeks, I called for an update. Another week passed before the ice maker came in and come back to replace the broken ice makers. Wrong part -- didn't fit (visit #2). Also, after second visit the motherboard that programs the water and ice dispenser was fried. Tech had broken it on second visit. Ordered another model new ice maker and a new motherboard, which he said we did not have to pay for. Both parts came in weeks later, tech came to install. Finally, after the summer without ice, ice maker was making ice and motherboard panel was working again. Paid ~$350.00 HOWEVER, determined a day later that new ice maker was making ice but not DISPENSING ice. Called the company, tech came by again to look at it. Determined the new "bucket" was too large to dispense ice. Went through two additional visits to try to replace the "bucket" and he could not. Company has since stopped returning my calls -- completely unacceptable. I paid in full for a product and service that was not completed in full. For a few hundred dollars more I could have bought a new refrigerator freezer! I am filing with the Better Business Bureau and am considering Harris County small claims court. (I left the company a voicemail telling them I'd be taking these steps and offered them once last chance to rectify this situation... no response. I suspect they'll regret that.)
