Best Home Depot Ive ever been to. From the selection to the service. The ambience in here was so peaceful compared to other stores across the nation. All the staff were helpful and in great spirits. I'm assuming that the value of items here are the same online and in other stores as well. They had a really great promotion going on for anyone signing up for The Home Depot credit card. I definitely would have signed up if we weren't in such a hurry. read more

Worked with Amanda on our new countertop. She has the patience of a saint. I don't know how many times we changed things. But we finally found it. Not only did she help with all the pros & cons of the different products, she also helped with backsplash and the color of grout. I think the other lady is Connie ( hope thats right), she was also so helpful when Amanda wasn't there. They both made this choice so much easier. I can't wait to see my new kitchen. This is the worst experience I've had at a store in a long time. I ordered online and it was a fiasco. They sent my order to a different store even though I called the intended store to confirm my landscaper would be able to pick up my order. A true waste of time, they did not care to provide a solution or even a compromise. I will never shop at this store again, I will stick with Menards! read more

We bought washer,dryer,and range. They delivered the appliances a week late. The oven has never worked. By the time you talked to them and verify the purchase and wait to hear back. The time to return the range had gone by and they had nothing to do with it. I can't believe they do not stand behind the things they sell. I will never go into or buy anything from Home Depot again. read more

This is the worst store to shop, does NOT stand behind product's! We bought a bath vanity and it fell apart with few months. They did say bring it back, ok let me bag this up. So we do decide to return it and like idiots buy again from home depot but paid much more to insure better quality...nope! Ordered on line to get delivery, the guy rolls the box up the steps and yes its damaged. So at this point we hadn't return the other sink yet, because we were waiting on the new one to come. So I have to vanities blocking the walk way in my house. And now the faucet broke and they won't stand behind it. Mernards has much better customer service, never a problem there, I should have taken the time to drive a few miles more. Lesson learned! read more

Had my Anderson sliding glass door installed in July. First off the installer showed up alone to install a 8 foot sliding glass door that he couldn't lift by himself. He needed my husband to help the entire time. We would've sent him away but it was 6 weeks after we purchased the door to get it installed. It squeaks every time we open it. Very unhappy with the installation. Don't use this service!! read more
