I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with this store. It started out ok and has gotten progressively worse in the past three weeks. Repeatedly we have tried to get them to measure out kitchen for counters and cabinets. They have been wasting a lot of time. Apparently no one knows what's going on there either. We made an appointment to meet with the designer for new counters and cabinets. They tried to discourage us from waiting. We finally talked to the designer and they took our choices down told us they would schedule us for a measure. It never happened then three weeks later tried to refund the charge. I told them to talk to my mother , who has the keys to measure they said theyd call and they never did. So now I have to chase them.down again . So far they have wasted 3 weeks! This same home depot told me my doors would be in in two weeks and they wont be in for 4 weeks and delayed the tile by a week. But by far the cabinets are the most infuriating part of this saga. I was told that everything was cut and dry. The kitchen would be measured quickly and they would be ordered and placed asap. Today me and my wife went to The Home Depot in Thatcher, Arizona and we received the best service ever. This is one of the best Home Depot stores I've been in. They are staffed sufficiently and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I'm sure part of this is because of the small town atmosphere but having been to many a Home Depot I expected the usual minimal staffing situation where you are always waiting 15 minutes to get any help. The hours are more restricted than their Tucson counterparts, but then again I've gotten used to Safford rolling up the streets and going to bed early. Recently they didn't have the correct swing for a door we wanted so the gentleman in that department called the stores in Tucson to find one for us. We paid for it over the phone and picked it up when we got home. Yay for customer service that actually likes to serve the customer! read more

This store has yet to fail me! We've needed specific things that smaller stores didn't carry, and Home Depot has never not had exactly what we were looking for. The employees are always super helpful and friendly, the store is always clean and well-stocked, and the prices are affordable! I can always count on Home Depot. :) read more

I went in today to pick up a tool for my husband. Our son looked at the app to show me what to get & where to locate in the store. Well, get there not in the aisle listed on app. Can't find an employee to help. Finally located what I needed. It was on sale. Yay! Go to check out and it doesn't show the sale price. I ask and the cashier has to go ask two other people. Then I have to walk her over to the shelf showing sale price. Then void transaction and start over. I ask cashier why computer doesn't match shelf and her response was because the people that are responsible don't always do their job because it's easier for them. My response was so it's okay to inconvenience you and I but not them. Just makes no sense in today's digital world why it isn't in the computer. Just once would like to go into this store and have a smooth transaction. Never happens though. Just expect it to take longer because what you are looking for isn't on shelf then time to search for assistance. It's aggravating. read more

What a remarkable difference in the Thatcher Home Depot Garden Center since Sparky joined the staff. The staff always did their best to help and were willing to look up things online or in their book, but Sparky is phenomenal. His knowledge of plants, their care, what works in this area is unsurpassed. Not to mention his pleasing and courteous personality. I have purchased from this garden center for years but the volume of my purchases have increased significantly and will continue since he has joined the store. read more

home depo addressed our problem in a fast response, after we reviewed with yelp , home depo had a represenetive out to look at our floor , and promptly gave us a refund. the manager at the home depo was very concerned , polite and now she has gained us back as customers , we look forward to doing business with them , thay do care . and a good business decision on thare part as we plan to finish our home and we will spend 3 times what thay refunded us at thare location , and we do recomened western state flooring "the installers" as thay played a great part in helping us settle this problem , thay will be installing our ongoing projects as we finish our home THANK YOU HOME DEPO AND WESTERN STATE FLOORING for your help , tommy miller & the miller family read more
