I saw a Mickey Mouse bank that was exactly like the one I used to own, and other items like cornflower blue Corningware that my parents have. We walked over from a late lunch at Zazzle's around the corner, and I was too full to bend over and look at all of the records (I'm not exaggerating, they have a ton). Btw, their apricot chicken wrap with cole slaw at Zazzle's is to die for. I highly recommend it. However, I spotted Night Ranger's debut album, "Dawn Patrol", and I had to have it. I got it for steal, at 5 dollars. Go visit these guys! I believe they're open only on the weekends right now. It's like your parents garage, but much cooler, with stuff that you'll actually want. Ok, it's actually more like your badass uncle's garage. He hordes, but he's still hella cool. That's it!

It was supposed to be in the low 30s, and this South Bay girl quickly realized she did not pack for that kind of weather. To make it worse, my 11‑year‑old packed absolutely nothing warm. Not a single thing. Classic. I stopped in here hoping for a miracle, and honestly, I got one. I found a beanie for her, a beanie for me, gloves for her, and even a lightweight jacket she could layer under her hoodie without "looking bulky" because, you know... preteens and their fashion rules. I was actually surprised by the prices in a good way. I wish I had more time to shop, but my kid refused to get out of the car, so I was basically speed‑shopping while she sat in the car talking to herself like a tiny gremlin. I'll definitely be back. Their Squishmallow prices alone are worth the trip, and I'm a huge collector, so that's saying something.

I don't always find alot of stuff to take home with me (I'm not a reseller), but often but sometimes a nice little surprise reveals itself. The planet scarf that I wished that I had bought was still there. So I bought it and a cool colored pencil set, and the perfect tall skinny glass to progate a rosemary sprig.
