This has been the most amazing experience of selling our home, that we actually purchased through Gina Sharpe ( our realtor). Gina tells you exactly what you should sell for, based on how fast you want to move the home and what she really feels will be the final selling price. This was no joke, we listed on Friday per Gina's request and strategy, had an open house on Saturday. This is a long overdue review, but Randy and Janine helped me purchase my home in Power Ranch (in Gilbert, AZ) in December 2015. SNAKE OIL, nothin' but snake oil. Listen to the jargon they told me when we first met! 1. Sell my house within a week. 2. Sell it for top dollar. 3. Generate massive interest in my home. 4. Have a stager come into my home and make sure it sells well. 5. They'll walk you through the entire process. Well, then why the 5 stars? They delivered on 90% of what they promised. My house sold within 10 days. Now, doing your math that's only 80%, but we had some extremely difficult people to work with. The husband quit his job, 2 weeks before closing on the sale, and even Janine was upset. Couple that with the fact, I was really picky about moving, well she earns the extra 10%.
