Why go to a dozen state sales when you can come here and save the gas. There were a few leather sofas, many dining room sets, countless recliners and seating chairs, and chests and bookcases. Another side of the store features clothing, while a separate section has small appliances. Quality varies, from almost new to fairly worn. Priced accordingly. Perfect place for a new college graduate to set up household without spending a ton of money, or folks who don't need to spend a lot of money in a sofa that will likely become the cat's scratching post when they bring it home. I had a cart full of items that I wanted to purchase, it was time to head to check out we get to the register and all the cashier kept doing was birching about how the child outside was selling candy. Was more concerned about the kid selling candy then paying attention to is while at the register. She kept saying how sick she was of hearing the kid screaming candy and complained about it for 5 minutes straight. During that time we were trying to cash out and leave. When it came time to purchase our items I told the cashier I had the 15% off coupon and that I wanted to use it, she wouldnt listen kept going on about the kid outside w the candy. When I had to tell her again I wanted to use it she claimed she used the coupon but the price never changed on the card machine. It was the same price it would of been without the coupon. The cashier insured me that the coupon did come off and the card machine was just wrong in the display amount. I out my card in and paid, I got charged the amount before the coupon, it never came off. I told her and she argued with me saying I did not get charged even though it came out of my bank account already. THEN, she called the manager over and he said that I never paid tvat amount even though it came right off my card by that store it was the first store of the day. Then they MADE me pay for my items again and took off the coupon this time for sure. They claimed that the first charge wouldnt actually come out and I would get my money back. WELL guess what I did get charged two different times for the same exact items they claimed I never paid for the first time. I had to dispute my charges thru my bank which did not refund me my money.. The store claimed that I couldnt return anything the first time because no receipt printed. If the receipt didnt print then why did I get charged twice for the same stuff? I am extremely disappointed in this company, they wouldnt help me, wouldnt stop their cashier for complaining about someone outside, and would not give me my money back, and not paying attention to us. If she paid attention to us wouldnt of gotten charged twice and be out money that could of been used for other things. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE. After visiting several other stores and looking on-line, we settled on buying our first set of summer furnishing from Drew primarily because of their willingness to deliver and get everything set up. Since then, we only go to Woodware for outdoor furniture. Everyone who visits us comments on how great the chairs, tables, and sofas look and feel. The service is beyond accommodating. If anything is not to your satisfaction, they make the effort to correct, redirect or offer alternatives. Buying local is a key value for us and the Woodware team embodies that family focus.

I've been going there on and off for years and years and I am so happy it is still in business. I have a plethora of different objects from Woodware - from a Santa tree carving to a wooden bunny ornament to a Mbira - everything is hand crafted and as beautiful as can be. The owner is super friendly and always warmly welcomes us into the store. His father used to do most of the wood carvings, and still does a good amount, but I noticed last time I was there that some of the wood trinkets were imported. Fine by me though! You can definitely feel the amount of love and care that went into each wood product. Every piece is different in its own unique way and that is so very cool. They sell everything - wooden bowls, salad tongs, chairs, tables, wood "paintings," chopping boards, rocking chairs, etc. They also sell beds, mattresses, lamps, and other regular household items.
