Beware of this Company and their Deceptive Business Practices. I purchased two AC Units from this company 11 years ago including a very expensive Service Contract, for which they never provided services. I recently call them to requests an estimate to fix one of my failing AC units. They charge me $120.00 to come out on Friday afternoon to do the estimate. After approximately 10 minutes, The tech came back to tell me that he "believes that the condenser coil was leaking or faulty" and that the coil was very expensive, that he needed to check for parts and pricing in order for a repair quote to be generated, and that the main office would do that". He said that "the office will give me the estimate for replacement parts or a new ac unit"; on Monday I call the office and the lady that answered the phone said she cannot give an estimate because the manufacturer does not makes the part anymore. But she knew that before the tech came out, because the first thing the tech said was exactly that, I don't believe they make that part anymore" The tech then offer to give me a quote for a new AC unit. But when I called the office, she refused to listen to my request. I search the web and the part shows to be available by different vendors. Nonetheless, I would have chosen to buy two New Units to replace my old ones. But they decided that taking $120 for nothing was more profitable than keeping a customer for a lifetime. I will not recommend this Company to Anyone. Their Customer Service is non existent and once they get your money, you will be out of luck. read more

I called on Friday so they can service my air conditioner because it was not working they said they would come afther 1 pm still waiting at 4 pm so I called they. said they would come no matter what that they would have to complete all their orders, it's Saturday morning and no one showed up. If they could not make it they should of told me so I could of look for some other company. I called One Way Heating and Cooling they said they would show up between 11 and 1 pm thank God this heat is a killer especially with little ones running around. I do not recommend The Home system they are unreliable and liars. read more

Our swamp cooler motor broke at the start of this summer's heat wave, and so we needed a replacement or refrigerated air ASAP. Our neighbor across the street saw our plight and recommended The Home Systems. We got quotes from three other companies, but the soonest any of them could help was a week out. And none of them could install a Trane--out of stock or something. For less than what these other HVAC companies wanted for another brand, Home Systems installed a Trane, less than 24 hours after calling them up for a quote. Their workers went above and beyond, were friendly, polite, patient, and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and seemed energized by the complex custom job they were taking on in our 80-year-old home. By the end of the day, the unit was up and running and the house was cooling down. They provided a year's worth of filters and came back a week later to take out the original thermostat they had put in and install a smart thermostat that I had bought the day before. No charge for the install. Other companies wanted $100 to $200. Can't say enough about these guys. read more

Warning! Buyer Beware!! Dishonest, no integrity, no service after the sale and unprofessional. Zero percent satisfaction and zero warranty! There is no service after the sale! After I spent $7500 on an air conditioner, I bought from Jesus Chain, once they installed it, he stopped answering my calls. I called the receptionist Olga, and was not able to get a service call! I would AVOID them if you expect some service after the sale. Once they get your money, they forget about you and treat you like a fly! Jesus stated that I could not sell my current air conditioner because the office said it was part of the deal. This was a lie and a complete misrepresentation. Jesus also took a picture of my driver's license and the finance company Aqua, said it could be a case of identity thief since they did not require it. They stated I should report it to the BBB and the police for deceptive practices. Avoid The Home Systems Heating & Cooling if you want service after the sale. I feel I was cheated and lied too. I have received quotes from LOTS of companies. Best deal BY FAR came from Jesus at Home Systems Heating and Cooling. Gloria is the secretary, Carlos and his crew (3 total) came out for the installation and I now have a new Trane! They came out the NEXT DAY to install. They cleaned up after themselves and rather than purge the old pipes, like others wanted to do they put in new ones to not risk their warrantied equipment. They even lifted it up off the cement unlike the last company who had left it sitting on the ground. They even added a new electrical outlet which I could really use!! They also added new vents at no additional charge. The other quoter asked for $400 for that. They even set me up with a new wifi thermostat (the other guy wanted $180 for that) at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE because my old nest would not work with a VARIABLE SPEED unit. The guys worked hard in the heat and only took one break for a quick lunch. They showed up by 830 am and were cleaning up about 330 pm. I am so happy with this company!!!
