their good is the devil - Jn 8:44 6/21 roof installation 6/22 went up to Check satellite noticed lots of severe damage started taking pictures 6/25 emailed Chris Williamson** 18 pictures & a lengthy email which I'll attach at the end how I was freaking out 6/28 I let Chris Williamson** know to bring someone who knew roof's better than him and be prepared to spend more time than he did the first time, he didn't either. He admitted something was wrong on the right side of the back up toward the peak the top that's easy to walk on really nothing in the garage really nothing, they replace a few shingles, wouldn't replace the entire roof and would come back and 2-3 days for a full inspection. I didn't hear from him for 11 days. I did message him that GAF needs to send an inspector. He said they don't do that. I've asked Gillian Morgan several times to send an inspector. She said they don't do that. The first time I talked to Jillian Morgan, she said this is the Roofer's fault. The shingles should've never been installed. Now things have severely changed because they wanted to make sure they were gonna get covered because they don't think they will there's a lot of workmanship issues here. The hearing needs to be done at my house and we coordinate with GAF inspector to show up so they can look at it. I have over 500 pictures and several videos. I even signed an affidavit to give them The Home Team Roofing the claim whatever GAF comes up with Also, the roof they measure 2 to 3 roof Roofing square short, now it is a insurance job, but we can't go back and get that money from the insurance. They didn't measure it and I've asked them several times to measure the roof & to do a drone picture show of my roof and put it on Facebook since Chris Williamson** posted this is an amazing build and talking about God (his god the devil - Jn 8:44) on June 28 the day he was at my house & posted a picture of my house. --- email to Chris Williamson** June 25. I sent him several pictures with the tire tread depth gauge showing how deep some of the holes were. A friend said it looks like the installers hit shingles with a hammer. There's no way he forgot about this for 11 days after he showed up June 28. Email to Chris 6/25 i'm freaking out! & I have been ever since Saturday evening when the Internet part of the satellite was working & then stopped. so I went up to look at the satellite dish. that area has what I would call some major damage.  I haven't walked or inspected the rest of the roof. please set aside the time to inspect this as when you did the first time. When you see the pictures, you will understand my concern.   Then my biggest concern is that for a lack of better terms it's like the roof shingles are already coming apart.  There are so many granules are loose   I understand about being a new roof and they're being loose granules. But they did blow the roof and then we had about 6/10 of inch of rain. Monday early I had to go and help the directtv guy and it's the first time I've ever slipped on my roof all the way to elbow & hand. I'm the one who blows my roof, cleans my gutters... I realize now the crew that was there didn't understand this, though I thought they would when they saw me weed eating mowing everything on the yard should figure out that I do everything and would see this.  What comes to mind, I don't even know if they make one is like a 10 year shingle or a five-year shingle that is just coming apart or that those guys deliberately did this to it   my MAIN house roof has more acute severe damage than it did before it was replaced. It HAD 20 year shingle on the bottom 30 year shingle on the top. My neighbor's roof is over a year old has been through the same hell storm my roof was and his roof looks better now than my roof does. right now. I got a picture, and we can get on and walk it... I'll blow his roof clean his gutters help him with his pool. His net claim was almost identical to net my claim.  I'm not sure what was on the breezeway in the garage    --- Mostly, I've played the Spanish praise and worship, especially when I saw one guy there definitely a fake Christian. He had Jesus on his phone. It was sitting in a place where I had to walk by a couple times and I saw it opened up. read more

I was very pleased with the whole experience until I learned that a roofing nail had pierced the copper AC line for the freon. I learned this a year later because it was to an upstairs unit that was never used. I sent pictures to Hayden as directed, and then I was ghosted. I asked for the promised transfer of warranty information as I am selling the house, but again....nothing! A total lack of responsibility! Very disappointing. read more

This is a company that constructs high-quality roofs (they have a special "GAF" certification and warranty), who will handle the insurance claim part of the equation for you. If you don't pay attention to details and want a hand-offs roof insurance claim handled for you from start to finish, this is a great option for you. The company will come inspect your roof for you and take pictures of any damage they see. You would be surprised how minor damage will get a claim approved, as was my case. The challenge with this company starts with the "contract" that you sign the first time they come, which if you read the fine print, you will see that you are agreeing to go forward with them if the claim is approved, including paying for any sheathing work that would need to be done, which I had them strike out and sign next to. I worked many years in sales and I was not prepared for such a hard and fast close on what became a $7000 decision, although they do give you a few days to cancel the contract. I asked around and heard they do good roofs, so I decided to continue with them. Once the insurance approved the claim, they came back and tried to upsell me on things above the very large insurance benefit offer. I read the contract literally that I was on the hook with them only to later realize that my neighbors had negotiated some of those addons, such as a Z-roof and 1.5" instead of 1" covering, as they made them compete with other vendors. That was a pretty big let down. I did however ask them to rodent-proof our house, but I am not convinced anything was done, as they never said anything about it. We went with their 0% 12-month financing offer since we didn't have the $7000 cash to pay for the down payment. When it came time to docusign the documents, I docusigned the first page with my contact info and continued reading. The financing documents contained the strangest application agreements I have ever seen, such as one through the Oregon Boy Scouts, another with NASA, and one or two other very strange agreements. However, the very first signature click had already signed and submitted the entire document. I decided to just trust in the process and continue. Plan ahead that they will dump a palette of roofing materials in your driveway the day before, which may block entry to your garage, as it did for me. Also, if you have a pool, they will try to cover it with tarps, but be prepared to spend time scooping out black grains of roofing material, which will also be all over any outdoor furniture or other surfaces. When they did my neighbor's house, they left pieces of roofing material in my yard; if they do your house, I recommend going through your neighbor's yards to check for debris. The other thing that really bothered me about this job was my furnace started acting up after they did the roof. I went up into my DIY partially finished attic to find the entire floor surface and every storage container covered in loose nails, chunks of wood, and other debris. I had someone come look at the furnace and they noticed that the exhaust pipe had been broken and could be leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. Here I am writing this review late at night, unable to sleep. Why? Because the financing company still hasn't contacted me weeks later. I expended every option trying to log into their website and also called the loan financing company twice; they said my account doesn't exist. I alerted Home Team Roofing to this issue over a week ago and still haven't received any information on the loan; they just said "it takes awhile sometimes". I am concerned that I will miss the first payment and be on the hook for a huge interest rate, or maybe my identity will be stolen by this seemingly very strange company that I should have probably avoided, but felt I had to sign in order to make this seemingly by-contract required $7000 payment. read more
