I ended up getting a pound with four flavors..the two mentioned here and Peanut Butter and Maple Fudge. There's also jar upon jar of candies, gift baskets and sausages from Petit Jean Meat Co. You could smell the odor as soon as you opened the package. The red beans and rice were flavorless except for waaaay too much red pepper (tons of Tony Chacherie's does not make it Cajun). The princess ordered salmon and whipped potatoes. You may notice that her plate didn't have potatoes. That's because they ran out of those too, on a very slow Friday night. The food came out and I realized why it took so long. The lobster was broiled so hard it was stringy and dry It was almost impossible to get out of the shell. After about half of a half of tail I decided it wasn't worth it and waited until I got home where I could do it in a more uncivilized manor. The sauce was fantastic, although the pasta was cooked until it was mush sadly. The salmon was dramatically over cooked as well. It was greatly past well done in order to get the crust on both sides of the fish, instead of just the presentation side. There is a reason culinary school teaches it that way... It was too dry for her to eat more than half, even with the sauce. The whole meal was a disappointment. We heard another couple order dessert, and guess what? They were out of cheesecake too. I gave my name multiple times, even spelled my name for him. Serving sizes are small, burnt end were tender, dinner roll was fluffy and appeared fresh, Cole slaw had a lot of black pepper but eatable. I doubt I'll be going back. Two strikes not willing to risk a third.
