Her responses were short and rude things like "yup" and "what do you want?"and the entire interaction felt incredibly unprofessional. I was simply trying to place an order and give this business my money, yet I was made to feel like I was bothering her just by calling. The attitude became so frustrating that I ultimately ended the call rather than continue the conversation. Customer service matters, especially when someone is calling specifically because they want to support your business. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

For bread this good and of this quality you cant touch this price at any of the stores I frequent. And when I say it is a large loaf, it's a LARGE loaf versus other sour doughs you get elsewhere. The store itself is really not much to look at where there is a pretty sparse order counter in the front where the bakery is clearly visible in the back with racks full of fresh bread clearly visible from the front. Nice! This is a clear example of substance over style which I so appreciate as most businesses dont do this anymore.
