We ended up buying a bike for my wife, They were very accommodating and my wife is still in love with it and riding it super frequently. When I picked the bike up it was as good as new - everything I needed done was completed and they went over all the things they did in gory detail. It was exactly what I needed to hear to have piece of mind. Maybe this is overkill for most people, but I think it is good to know for people like myself but also for people with more simple bike needs that by coming here you will have people looking after your bike who really care about doing a great job whether you need an overhaul on your race bike or just a tire replaced on your commuter bike.

I have since learned to change my own flat and was able to do it myself (4" fat tire) with no issues at all so I would expect a bike mechanic to be able to handle changing a tire without any issues? The owner was very helpful and they are one of a few Rad Power Bike dealers (the brand of bike I own) so I'd really like to rely on them if I could. Good shop location and I was able to get same day service which can be nearly impossible - some shops are a month out for getting work done.
