I will be loyal to them in the future whenever I need Glass because they have been so good to me. Both of the people in my town did not return calls. I will be using them for two medium size pieces of glass in the living room that are getting fogged up. There's also a piece of glass in each bedroom doing the same and I'm sure over the long period I'll live here. There will be others so I will definitely be back and use them. When a company is willing to come out to you and not complain about anything or charge you for a visit you better grab them. Also, they've been in business since the 1950s which says a whole lot.

Kept my original rear view mirror, complained it was not mine and was much smaller than my stock one, manager got pissed off and grabbed rear view mirror and ripped it off the window causing new windshield he just installed to brake! Manager had bad temperatures and should not be working on anything that is not his own! Refused to give me back my original mirror!!! Now i have a broken windshield still and now no mirror! Should have called the police but decided to just take it directly to my insurance agent from glass shop! Let State Farm deal with the assholes!

I will say this on their work, the rear window appears to be done 99% correct. I am a little more picky personally in one way that no one reading this will likely understand. But that's ok... overall good job. They also installed my two rear hatch pistons while they were at it (I had just picked them up from O'Rielly's) for free. It is a 5 minute task, but still really nice of them to do it.

When manufacturer said the damage was caused by Legacy, Legacy installed a clear glass window which does not match the adjoining tinted windows. Legacy refuses to give us any consideration at all toward the $1400 cost of replacing the incorrect window. We have 40+ years experience building and remodeling homes.

They came to the house, fixed the window, and dropped my stress level immensely! Shout out to those techs. They saved the day - and restored my faith in this business!

Long story short, it was almost two months before installation day and then they showed up with the wrong windows. I paid extra for bronze colored frames and they installed black framed windows and told me that they "would turn to bronze". Well . . . it's been over a year and they still look black. To top it off I had two sliders put in and one was installed upside down because. The rollers for the sliding screen are actually on the top! There was no apology or adjustment to price, just a LOT of excuses and some out-right lies. I would never consider working with them again.

Andrew and his crew showed up on time, everyday, and worked rain or shine in order to finish our job in a reasonable amount of time. They also brought a creative mindset to the job, and added many beautiful touches we love -- and did not even know to ask for. Among other things, they built us handsome hand-stacked rock walls and enhanced the look of our trees with rock-filled tree wells. There was artistry in the way they did everything -- including the way they placed boulders, laid out stepping stones, arranged our rock patio and built rounded berms with pleasing rock borders. Andrew knew exactly what trees and plants would thrive in our micro climate near the ocean, and given his close relationship with Thompson's Nursery in Waldport, he got us the best plant specimens at a fair price. My wife bought me a class with Jeff at The Hot Shop as a surprise for my birthday. I had always wanted to try my hand at glass blowing so it was a perfect gift. I cannot recommend going to The Hot Shop enough. What an experience! Jeff was a gracious host, a patient teacher and just an awesome person to hang with. I was very nervous and Jeff put me at ease immediately. He was very accommodating to my wife as well, allowing her to come back in the shop, take photos and video of me in the glass blowing process. What an experience! I created a large glass float and it turned out to be absolutely stunning. I haven't stopped smiling yet. If you want a one-on-one experience with a man who truly loves his art and sharing it with the world, Jeff is your guy! I'll be back soon! read more
