Had windshield replacement, broke all the cowling around my windshield tried to say it was broken prior. Kept my original rear view mirror, complained it was not mine and was much smaller than my stock one, manager got pissed off and grabbed rear view mirror and ripped it off the window causing new windshield he just installed to brake! Manager had bad temperatures and should not be working on anything that is not his own! Refused to give me back my original mirror!!! Now i have a broken windshield still and now no mirror! Should have called the police but decided to just take it directly to my insurance agent from glass shop! Let State Farm deal with the assholes! read more

As of yet, I have not worked with Lincoln Glass, but I have tremendous respect for them because they were willing to come out to my home in Otis from Newport, which I really appreciate. I will be loyal to them in the future whenever I need Glass because they have been so good to me. Both of the people in my town did not return calls. I will be using them for two medium size pieces of glass in the living room that are getting fogged up. There's also a piece of glass in each bedroom doing the same and I'm sure over the long period I'll live here. There will be others so I will definitely be back and use them. When a company is willing to come out to you and not complain about anything or charge you for a visit you better grab them. Today was the second time Lincoln glass came to my home to provide service. The first was in 2021 and it was an amazing perfect experience. Today they came to replace a double paned window in my guest room. I called them on Monday to request service and Eric called this morning (2 days later) to ask if they could come today. we went with 2 shower doors. the first one went in without a hitch. very nice young man, professional. the second time, it was a different installer. He didn't pad the shower pan and he chipped it twice. he snuck out of here very fast...now we know why. I called the shop and left a message. that was days ago so no return call from them. i ordered a repair kit. if you are installing something and you damage something...don't sculk away..man up to it. read more

They fixed my window quickly and reasonably, and I appreciate the glass service. They don't really do window installs, and sales on available products is lacking. I broke a small piece of plexiglass on my sliding door. I took the broken piece down to them and within a couple days (the size of my plexi was on back order due to all the new COVid Instalation for plexi) they custom cut and got my door back in working order on a matter of days! They called to let me know it was in stock as well as when it would be available for pick up! Great customer service and they were reasonable in pricing! These guys are awesome! We took a day trip to Newport and caught a rock in our windshield on the way there. The rock chip looked pretty bad to us, and we were afraid it might get even worse by the time we get home, since we had about 3 hours of backroads driving ahead of us. We googled the glass companies in the area and happened to find Lincoln Glass Company and gave them a call - they were so helpful! They were able to see us right away and our windshield was fixed in less than 20 minutes. They did a wonderful job and the service was great!! I would give them zero stars if I could! Shortly after I purchased my home, I called them out to do an assessment on the windows, as they were listed as the local Andersen Window dealer. I was told that I needed to replace the hardware on most of the windows to the tune of over $1500. OK, if that's what it's going to cost, then lets do it. Two months later I still haven't heard anything about the parts coming in. I called and the gal I spoke to said "oh yeah. They've been here for a while." WHAT?!! So they came out and replaced the hardware on 9 windows. I have 2 more of the same style of windows, but was told they were OK. When the technician left, I have 3 windows that are not opening. He stated that I needed new hinges. So they sent out two more technicians, who had attitudes the minute they walked thru the door. I was told that they received a bad batch of parts and they would have to order new ones. In the meantime, I had another glass company come out and do an assessment (which I should have done before I gave Lincoln Glass one penny!) was told that I have several windows that are past their life span and need to be replaced. So basically Lincoln Glass was replacing parts on windows that weren't worth spending a dime on! I have to agree with the second company, because I just got done trying to clean the hardware and inside frames. I had weatherstripping fall off of one window and another window that basically fell off the hardware as it was rusted beyond belief (and this was one of the windows that they said was OK!!). There are other companies here on the coast to choose from for you window & glass needs. I would stay far, far away from these guys!! Oh, and I used them one other time at a previous home and the estimator didn't even measure the window correctly. When the installer came out he couldn't do the job because it was the wrong size window! smh read more

I went to get a small chip in my windshield repaired and received excellent service. Not only did they fix the chip for a reasonable price, but they were able to address a larger crack in the glass. Other glass repair places told me nothing could be done about it, but the technician I spoke with said he could drill a small hole at the end of it and fill the gap with sealant to prevent the crack from growing larger. It has been several months now and the fix he did held up perfectly. I'm very grateful, as by now the crack would have at least doubled in size and would eventually require replacing the whole windshield. If I lived in Newport they would be my go-to place for any future glass repair needs. read more

Talk about Johnny on the spot!!! I own a retail store in Nye Beach, Petunia's Place and a customer broke my door in by pushing it inward with all his weight and laughing at the fact that he snapped the door in two (despite the 12 inch sign that says PULL in big red letters!) I called and these guys were here within an hour, fixed the door and were done within the hour! I am a hard customer to please, but these folks were terrific! I requested a window pane to be replaced along with another window screen. They were very prompt to give an estimate and install the items when they arrived. They replaced the wrong screen, when I notified them, they wanted to make sure which screen it should have been. The following week the screen was replaced along with the others I was going to replace at a later date. I am very pleased with the work they provided in a timely manner.
