Atmosphere: Made me feel like I was back in Asia. Inviting and kind, attentive service anytime we needed anything. Americans might feel the place isn't as fancy as other Asian places but you can tell by how many students and families frequent this place that it is really good food with generous portions- a great price, worth every penny! Food: incredible! Best I've had in town and my kids love it! Best pho, best dishes period! Boba: amazing and generous for what you get. Hint: the mall closes! So if you park somewhere else, you could get stuck walking around the mall in the dark. Definitely park near the restaurant if you plan to eat there.

Delicious food! Great service and very attentive staff. I loved the wall of tvs that they had setup as a giant fireplace it creates a very homey feeling. We started with tempura shrimp, French fries & pork fried egg rolls. All super delicious! The fries were super fresh & nice n crispy. We all had a nice bowl of pho, chicken for me & brisket for the hubby. Also very delicious.

We stopped here with our friend and boy, are we glad we did. From the time we walked in until we left, we were treated like family. We were welcomed with handshakes and a very genuine smile by the owner himself. We picked a table and sat down. Our drinks showed up within a minute of sitting down. Our orders were taken as soon as we were ready and the food arrived ten minutes later. Hot, fresh and extremely well prepared. Delivered with an energy that made us feel very important. The staff simply couldn't do enough for us. I had spicy shrimp pho and spring rolls. Both were wonderful and were just what I wanted. Even the peanut sauce was first rate. The building is well maintained and extremely clean. The restrooms were clean and there was plenty of safe, close on parking. The people of Colorado Springs have a real jewel in this restaurant.

Was craving hot pot. We originally went to a spot we'd been to before but, surprise, it was closed on a Tuesday. So we looked up other hot pot businesses and this one came up. It was a little further than I would have liked to have gone, but we got there and were seated right away. Was happy to find that this is an all-you-can-eat hot pot with a completely separate menu if you want something different. There were 3 of us and we all chose a variety of meats and veggies. We also ordered crab Rangoon's, spring rolls, and 3 sodas. The amount of food that arrived to the table was amazing and everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered the miso base, beef base, and tom yum base, with 3 different meats and a ton of veggies. We really thought we'd order more, but we were so stuffed by the end. For everything we got, still paid HALF of what we would have paid at the other place... and that would have only been for 2 people. Will definitely come back here and recommend to all my friends!

Definitely worth a try if you're craving something soupy during snowy weather. The Tom Yum broth was delicious, while the Miso tasted like Vietnamese fermented bean curds. The cuts of beef (eye round and brisket) were most likely came from Pho, so not your typical cuts/shapes for hot pots. Otherwise, their food was delicious with an extensive menu.

The Hot Spot in Colorado Springs offers an excellent AYCE hot pot experience! The broth options are flavorful, the ingredients are fresh, and the variety of meats, veggies, and add-ons make it perfect for group dining. Service is attentive and keeps the experience smooth. Highly recommend for a fun and satisfying meal! Inside is very vibey and they do offer live music at night

We love going to Hot Spot for a fun night of Hot Pot with the family! The soup base choices are great and it seems there's something for everyone. The Ala Carte add in options are also great and of good quality. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming and great at making recommendations for us. The venue also has a cute eclectic and funky vibe. I like the guitars hung on the walls and the stage/ screen setup. I imagine this place is so fun for casual events and live music! One thing to note is you've never done Hot Pot is that it's a 1.5-3 hour experience, so be sure to plan ahead on operating hours and be sure you have at least 2 hours to close so that you don't feel rushed.

It states the hotpot costs $28.95. So why was I charged $33.56 (tax is not $4.61). We did not over order, and ate 99% of the food provided. We did not finish the pork belly, spitting out the rind was unappealing. The shrimp comes with the shell on, not easy to eat. I like the idea of the food, but cooking my own a an over charging me is not okay!

I am visiting from out of town for work. Used yelp to find done hot pot for this cold weather. Absolutely terrible...if your restaurant tag line starts with "Hot Pot" you should have real hot pot. They are a Vietnamese restaurant selling their unused product as "hot pot" items. They have zero sauces outside of the "pho" sauces, the veggies are old and brown, and their meat is sub par as they claim it is "premium". I even asked if they had something simple like sesame oil, and they didn't. Service is atrocious...they don't speak English and when I arrived I stood there for 5 mins with zero service or host when the restaurant had no clients. The waiter got my order incorrect even though it's a sheet you mark. When I tried to call him to get his attention, he ignored me, even though I was saying "excuse me" several times and waved my hands quite vigorously (the man was standing 6 feet from the table). Maybe their Vietnamese dishes are edible, but I would never go back.

I really did love this place and the idea of it. The food was delicious and all you can eat for $30 is not bad at all. The woman who appeared to be running everything was very helpful. Now the only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because the service is not the best. My husband and I had ordered tempura shrimp which we never got and after we had finished the first round of food they never brought out any more... even though it's all you can eat. That part was extremely disappointing because it was a nice spot to go to. But who knows, it could have been an off night for them.

The hot pot is very good. The broth definitely has a lot of delicious seasoning. This restaurant is very new, so some of the kinks are being worked out on the fly. The owners are very friendly. With a few fixes, this could easily be a 5 star review. First, the squid didn't taste very fresh. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't fresh. I probably wouldn't have served it if it were my restaurant. Second, the floors were sticky, especially on the dance floor. Third, even though we filled out the order form for the hot pot ingredients, the owner brought out one of everything on the menu. It was just unusual that we would specifically ask for only some items, and then suddenly have everything brought out. Given that this is the only AYCE hot pot in the Springs right now, I really hope the kinks get worked out and customers start flocking here to make this place a success.

There was a fly in my drink. While the food was alright and the service was quick this made me lose my appetite and many at the table.

When we got there we were treated by the team and seated right away. I like how the setup is arranged. Chairs around a conveyer belt with and each seat has a warmer for the hot pot. I was also happy to see that they had a good amount of vegetarian ingredients. So the was this goes is you pick your base (the broth) and you grab from the conveyer belt whatever your heart and your belly desire. There's lots of different mushroom choices, bock choy, cabbage, tofu, meats, noodles, and more. The broth had a good taste and the veggies too. The service was also very good. We had a young man explain how the whole situation worked since it was out first time there. We had an excellent time and a delicious and filling dinner. I'm sure we will find our here again.

We were in a group of 11 and we're pretty easily accommodated so that was nice. The selection of veggies, meats, noodles as well as the sauce station he's very good. The only word of caution is if you have a child that's 5ish and under quite want to sit at the bar. Just because you can pull the chair in as close as possible. The boots are spaced out a little bit more but otherwise and everyone in our party enjoyed it.

**Ambiance** The…read morerestaurant itself is a decent size with plenty of seating and large booths, so it would be comfortable for families or larger groups. **Service** Service was great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The staff spoke English as well as either Cantonese or Mandarin, which initially gave me high hopes for the food. **Food** I won't lie--I came in with pretty moderate expectations. After chatting with the staff in both Mandarin and Cantonese, I thought we were in for a really authentic meal. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We ordered five dishes, and it quickly became apparent that the food is heavily catered toward American tastes. Several dishes contained ingredients that traditionally wouldn't be included, while other key ingredients were missing altogether. The biggest issue for me was the sweetness. Three of the five dishes were noticeably sweet, which isn't what I expected from the dishes we ordered. The standout dish of the meal was the Mongolian Beef. It was flavorful and wasn't overly sweet. That said, it lacked the spice I typically associate with the dish. The Mapo Tofu was probably the biggest surprise. It was missing the ground pork that usually gives the dish so much flavor and texture. Instead, it included bell peppers, onions, and water chestnuts--ingredients I've personally never seen in Mapo Tofu. Rather than being spicy and numbing, the dominant flavor was sweetness. The Chicken Pan-Fried Noodles were difficult to enjoy. The sauce was very sweet, and the noodles were cooked to the point where they were tough and chewy. Instead of the thinner noodles commonly used for this dish, they used thick noodles that reminded me more of lo mein. We also ordered a Beef and Scallion dish. It felt more like a beef chop suey variation with scallions added. The scallions themselves were cooked perfectly, but once again the sauce leaned much sweeter than expected. The Hot and Sour Soup was actually the first item to arrive. I jokingly told my family that if the soup wasn't good, I might be worried about the rest of the meal because hot and sour soup is one of those dishes that really showcases balance and technique. Unfortunately, it ended up confirming my concerns. It lacked the bold sour and spicy flavors that make the dish so enjoyable. By the end of the meal, we had a lot of leftovers. The only items we brought home were the Mongolian Beef and a few pieces of beef picked out from the Beef and Scallion dish. **Overall** This restaurant may appeal to diners who enjoy sweeter, Americanized Chinese food, but it wasn't for me. Based on this visit, I wouldn't return, and I wouldn't personally recommend it to anyone looking for the flavors and dishes I grew up eating.
