The food is great, coming from the PNW I have been missing Pho and Asian food in general. Happy to have found my go to Pho place!

Food and Service was decent. One of our dish was undercooked. I told the server, but instead of looking at the undercooked food, which I tried to show the raw meat, he was dismissive and slightly defensive. Ultimately, we gave it back and he didn't give us a hard time which I appreciated. Also, I pray that I'm wrong, but I'm not sure if the other rooms near the kitchen is their living area or just a leisure room while they're at work to accommodate their family members, particularly their little ones. Overall, this restaurant has potential if cleanliness and priorities are established. read more

Came in today (3/16/25) for lunch. I was absolutely starving! My husband and I were craving a nice warm bowl of pho something bad. We'd heard this place opened up recently, and figured why not give this place a shot. The pho was reasonably priced, perfectly portioned, and absolutely delicious. Phở Tôi is the best new restaurant to come to Fountain since I moved here, and I highly recommend. The phở (Vietnamese noodle soup) is the real deal; the broth was perfectly balanced, and the beef with mine was very tender. This is as good as I used to enjoy when I lived in a Vietnamese neighborhood in Chicago. They also have a full Vietnamese menu, and I plan to come back and try some of the rice plates. read more

This place was decent and has potential. It wasn't busy, I was seated immediately and the staff was friendly. The pho broth was just pretty bland. It was close to being good but just wasn't there. The banh mi had (grilled pork) had really good flavor but the total amount of pork was where it got me. If it had double the pork, it really would be a good sandwich. read more

Fast friendly service. The restaurant just opened in February 2025. We tried the Pho Tripe soup, and the Vermicelli with grilled pork, bun heo nuong. The pho soup comes in 3 different sizes, I had the medium, see pics. The Pho was delicious, with a rich broth, asked for extra Jalapeno and Thai basil on the side. The vermicelli with grilled pork was decent, the pork was sliced too thin and was a bit chewy, but had good flavor. Will return and try more dishes. read more

First trip was really good, figured I'd give it another try as some times you notice differences. Not on this case. Although I miss the Chinese restaurant that was in this space. Pho Toi maintains a legacy menu of their dishes. I haven't tried the legacy dishes yet as the Ox-tail noodle soup has become my go-to soup. The Banh Mi sandwiches are really good too. Really good food. Group of five ordered the chicken stir fry, won ton soup, brisket and steak pho, orange chicken, and fried rice. It was amazing. Large portions. The black tea was very good too. When you're outside this area is insanely rough why is there holes in the ground and the shops around don't look the nicest. When I saw there was a Vietnamese place here I was a bit skeptical but I tend to find the best food in the ugliest places. The inside of this place is not bad at all very usual for what you expect from an asian restaurant. Not super high end but you won't be sketched out when you're inside. However the employee who helped us was incredibly nice. He had told us they had just been absolutely crushed with how busy they were and that the place was being cleaned and apologized for the mess. The tables were shining, If this is dirty I don't know if I'm ready for clean. He sat us down at the table and told us he was going to get us some menus. He brought us some menus and one had a small stain on it and he immediately apologized and took it back to replace even when I said it was fine. He asked us what we would like to drink and even told us what they had to drink without us asking. He went to attend the other tables there and he seemed to be running alone. This guy constantly returned and made sure we were having a good time and enjoying ourselves throughout the time spent here. Once he came to take our order he was super nice and explained things to us if we had any questions. The food took around 7-12 minutes I want to say but the appetizers took like 5 ish minutes. Amazing. The appetizers we got were shrimp and chicken spring rolls and these were the best spring rolls I've had. The ratio inside was incredible I didn't feel like I had no chicken or too many noodles / veggies. The only complaint is that the peanut sauce was more on the runny side sort of watery. Still amazing I crushed that I can't lie I probably scared the fishes in the tank. My chicken sandwich opened my eyes to a world I never knew possible. The ingredients tasted so fresh I shed a tear knowing these plants had barely sprouted only to be eaten a minute later. The chicken was insanely well cooked but I did get very little which left me wanting a bit more but for 9$ I can't complain that much. read more

Have had Pho all over the US. This place ranks easily in the top 5. The owner is super friendly and the food was prepared quickly. Portion sizes is very large for the price you paid. They even kept a legacy Chinese food menu from the place that they took over from. I had take out, but would easily go for sit down next time. Very comfortable atmosphere. They also have a huge fish tank, which is neat to watch. Would definitely go again. read more
