We were greeted by the one lone waitress as soon as we entered, even though she was taking an order at a table We were told we could choose anywhere to sit so we took a long table in the middle, near the bar and the waitress Bea was soon to follow with menus Peanut butter milkshake. That is all. lol we got nachos and burgers and fries and onion rings and beer buckets and we had a grand ole time Bea was watching when I set up the birthday cake, she even offered a lighter if I needed one, and after my guy blew out his candles, Bea came to the table with a birthday goodie bag and a REMOTE CONTROL SONIC RACECAR from the prize counter! She said they give them for all birthdays ... but I think that's only true for the goodie bag ;) In any case, we had a great time and Bea was outstanding!

Staff were friendly and helpful, helping is get our bowling shoes and drinks. Drinks were good. Bar was limited (for us) but plenty of draft beer, but had enough variety. There are sofas and bar stool tables to sit at. Sofas are a bit worn and very deep but comfortable enough. Party room is spacious but comfy at the same time. Bowling was fun. It was a bit challenging to set up our names, but doable. There are four lanes and you have the usual option of gutters on or off. Adequate number of balls, plenty of shoes. Multiple (3) pizza choices, (2) sliders, and wings were available to us. Also a delicious Caesar salad, hummus and baba ganoush (?) and pita with veggies platter, fries. Not sure what else is available (should have grabbed a take out menu...) But offerings we had were plentiful. UH football game was on (Go Bows!) since it was a UH Watch party for us. It was a breezy day and the party room door was left open so the temperature was very comfortable. Not sure if they always leave the door open but it was good choice for today. Bathroom was clean (important to ladies!). Fun place to spend a few hours.

A lot of games and lights, it's like an upscale fun factory. A different vibe from D&B more of an arcade. They do have a pretty cool sports bar section in the back or in the front, depending in which way you entered. This review is not for the games it is specifically for the bar side. The bar is pretty cool. It has a lot of monitors that are playing sports or other programs. The sitting area aint too big (pic) but I imagine very crowded on the weekends. They even have inhouse bathrooms that wasnt too clean but not nasty either. The food is all bar food such as burgers fries tacos fish and chips etc. I'm not commenting on the drinks because I dont drink. The service was kind of slow, but then again we went on a tuesday just before 5 pm. They had three staff that we could see. A bartender, a waiter, and I guess a host. The staff wasn't overly friendly but pleasant. The food was ok not good or bad just average. The prices was manageable specially it being in the mall and the portions was pretty good. We all had a nice visit overall, however, when my son and his two friends entered they had a very bad experience and were treated horribly by Gia. My son and his 2 friends arrived before us. Gia opened the door and asked if they were over 18 to which they responded that yes, they are 18. Probably a policy and procedural question that is asked when people look younger. They then explained that the rest of our family, including two children, were on the way and would be joining us. Gia's responded with a very rude and dismissive, "I don't care." Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for, especially if she's the person right at the entrance when you enter this establishment. While they waited near the front for the rest of our family to arrive, she continued giving them dirty looks which made them feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. It was very disappointing to say the least, especially since we were there to celebrate a special occasion and first birthday with our family. There was absolutely no need for the attitude from Gia. Management should think about who they're putting at the front entrance and should really consider the employees who are professional, kind and respectful at the front instead of rude employees like Gia. Thankfully, the rest of our visit was okay, but the poor customer service my son and his friends experienced when we first arrived left a very negative impression.
