The entire front siding of my home had to be ripped off and replaced during the winter when it rains heavily every day. I was highly encouraged to move forward and get it fixed before more damage was done. PacWest continues to state that I 'waited too long' to reach out to them, when I reached out to them shortly after the issue had been brought to light and repairs were being made. Please learn from my experience. When you need a thorough, complete, and knowledgeable home inspection, look elsewhere. Zero accountability and poor work product overall.

Andy was very thorough; spent at least 5 hours inspecting and then doing a wrap up with us (we were at the property while the inspection was being conducted). I believe the price was $850 or so but totally needed it as we would also get a VA appraisal done so it helped catch anything they might have stopped the loan process over. There were quite a few items that were considered "safety issues" and that we needed to pay particular attention to. We need to set up the re-inspection, but the seller made scheduling difficult, and with us currently residing in Bend, we couldn't just come up on a whim that didn't pan out. So Andy's company was very awesome in working through a few schedule changes for the re-inspection - really above and beyond what I myself would expect from ANY service provider. I believe the re-inspection was about $150. I totally recommend this company for their flexibility in scheduling, and also for the VERY comprehensive written report (with photos) that we can use as a guidepost to repairs the home will need in the near future. He was readily available, efficient, friendly, and professional, and helped answer our questions during and after the inspection process. He reviewed the reports with us on his computer when he finished, and promptly emailed us copies of the report. We also had him do sewer scopes and radon tests. (Charge was $645 for inspection + sewer scope + radon test; he gave us a discount on the second inspection.) Tip: Always get the sewer scope! Andy pointed out that although the sewer on the first home was in perfectly good shape, it ran under the neighbor's home and yard, which was a lawsuit waiting to happen.
