I've visited every Chef Conley venue, including Stoke Barn. As of this writing,we are not considered stalkers, just normal people who love exceptional dining and service. I talk about the "curb-to-table" experience frequently. In my former role as a Delta Air Line Captain, I recognized the curb-to-plane challenges our customers encountered. Chef Conley has created a friendly and welcoming experience from curb-to-table. It starts with the complimentary valet. Finally. Finally. I learned about our regular valet: MANNY! Manny, thank you for the kindness and safe service you have given us. You are usually the first person who takes care of the Buccan Family. You create the smile before we walk in the doors of Buccan or Imoto. Thank you. Solang' (my spelling is probably wrong and I apologize): You are such a beautiful soul. Thank you for your kind words to Laura as we left. Kindness makes a difference. While kindness is free, sincerity is priceless. Wow, I haven't even chatted about the food. We tried something new this time. After our small plates, we tried the pork chop. The mild onion and sweet rhubarb---simply stunning. Even shared, we boxed some for home. I don't care if you are watching what you eat. Close your eyes! The chocolate cookies (warmed) are a must. Period. Selfishly, I hope Chef Clay never gets a tv show. A book deal is allowed. We want this local treasure and his team to remain anchored here. Clay and his team are own foodie treasure in our back yard. But wait, there's more: Honored to watch Chef Clay modestly expand the Miami environs. He will be opening his Buccan-Imoto-Buccan Sandwich Shop experience in Coral Gables sometime in June/July. OMG, we cannot wait for this to open. Though retired from the airlines (I miss my MIA overnights), we will make the trip to celebrate these new venues. However, we will do it very quietly. We do not wish to be labeled as stalkers. Probably one of my longest reviews. I love seeing hard working people succeed. What this team does for the community is simply breathtaking. This is a true success story. Thank you Buccan-Imoto-Grato-Sandwich Shop-Stokes Barn Team!!!!
What an experience!! Matyas was an absolute delight, his hospitality was above and beyond. Super professional and really knew his stuff! Not only did we love the food but we also got to learn the history behind Buccan which was fascinating to hear about. I got the steak tartare to start and it was impeccable!! The fried yolk on the top was so different than what you would usually see at most places. I got the swordfish for my entree and it's by far the best swordfish I have ever tried. Their short rib empanada at first bite tasted like every other empanada but once you really dig into it, it was very good! To end the night, we tried their chocolate chip cookies which was made to perfection sprinkled with a little salt on the top! Will definitely be back!
A high energy staple in the Palm Beach scene. The place feels up fast. I enjoyed the craft N/A cocktails Atmosphere and energy is high. If I lived in the area, I'd visit frequently.

We rarely go to Palm Beach, itself, but we were meeting friends for dinner. We try to get together once a month or so and they had said they didn't want to go to downtown West Palm this time. This was a hard place to get reservations for. When I booked, all they had available was 5:15 or 9:30 pm! So we wound up dining early. Do make reservations for here, as I've since learned that it is a "hot" place right now. There is valet parking out front, but there's also street parking if you prefer. When we came a bit after 5 pm the small bar area was packed and many of the tables were already filled. When we left every table was taken and there was a large crowd waiting for seats. The menu is quite different -- a bit eclectic -- and for some a little challenging to navigate. Everything is printed, that is, there are no specials or additions. We started by sharing their duck bistella. If you're familiar with the Morrocan one, this is only like it in that it's a pastry with a filling. Contrary to our server's description, it's nothing like the original. No cinnamon or sugar and a way different filling. There are four separate little pieces stuffed with plain shredded duck meat. It's fairly bland in itself. Two pieces are topped with red peppers and two with cheese. It was just okay. After that my husband and I each got a half order of a pasta. These dishes were fantastic! I had their sweet corn agnolotti. This pasta was like a small ravioli stuffed with a creamy sweet corn filling. There were bacon bits and ricotta on top. It was in a butter sauce that I was happy to see it was not spicy at all -- contrary to the menu description of "espelette" which has a peppery chili kick. My husband had their squid ink orecchiette which had sausage and conch. He loved it. For dessert, we shared their bananas foster butter cake which came with a small scoop of ice cream, whipped cream, and banana pieces. This was just lovely. Our friends had a key lime tarte with meringue which was quite good, as well. Service was very good. Depending on what you order, prices are reasonable especially considering the quality and expertise of the chefs. I'd say that only the cocktails are expensive here. Despite it being in Palm Beach, dress was resort casual. It's not a stuffy venue. I'm very glad we came here. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Came to Buccan on Saturday night for a small birthday dinner with my best friends, and it absolutely delivered. It had all the Palm Beach vibes and the best cuisine in the area. The service was wonderful, and everything was coursed out perfectly. We started with the tuna crisp and the wedgeless wedge salad. The tuna was such a light, flavorful bite that still packed a punch. The wedgeless wedge featured perfectly seasoned heirloom tomatoes with an herby dressing, finished beautifully with blue cheese and crispy bacon. For our second course, we split half orders of two pastas. I'll always favor their classic sweet corn agnolotti -- creamy, pillowy, and perfectly balanced, with bacon adding just the right amount of crunch. My girlfriends were huge fans of the truffle pasta as well. For dinner, I absolutely loved the New York strip with its rich mushroom reduction, and one of the girls couldn't stop raving about the swordfish dish. To finish, we had the key lime tart -- perfectly tart, not too sweet, and light enough to end the meal on a high note. Definitely 5 stars and officially one of my favorite spots to visit!
Took over 3 months for me to actually get a reservation here! And when I did, the only time and slot available was a Monday evening at 9:30pm. I will say though, that Buccan is definitely worth the hype. My friend and I had a fantastic experience here from start to finish. Valet is complimentary and located right out front. Our server explained that approximately 4 dishes is what most people order. To start, my friend and I ordered beverages: she got the passionate one (very sweet) and I got the bathtub gin but with tequila. We loved them both! We started off with a few items: short rib empanadas, tuna crisps, sweet corn agnolotti and the shaved vegetable salad. Out of these items I would say the MUST ORDER items are the empanadas and the sweet corn. They were absolutely DELICIOUS! The meat inside the short rib was melt in your mouth type of tender. The sweet corn was essentially in the form of baby raviolis and were phenomenal. Our final course was the prime beef burger cooked medium which we split. It came with fries and sauce. The meat was so incredibly tender and soft. I had an absolutely amazing experience here at Buccan. Hope to be back soon!
Buccan was excellent!. It's mostly a small plates menu but includes a number of large plate items as well. On Palm Beach Island, you'll see many Bentleys and other conspicuous consumption vehicles and patrons are dressed to the 9s. They have valet parking as street parking is limited. We opted to sit at the bar. The servers are highly professional and very attentive, some of the best service I've received in recent times. The pickled pineapple margaritas are a classic, spicy margarita, not drowning in ice. All of the dishes we tried were fantastic. The Italian Burrata was a melody of different ingredients that all complemented each other quite well. The spicy pork tacos with extra salsa verde were quite good, shredded pork and drizzled with a few drops of a squeeze of lime. The short rib empanada was delish with a light cream sauce as was the duck bastilla which had red pepper and raita giving it an Indian flare. We also enjoyed the sweet corn agnolotti and the whipped chickpea hummus with triangles of warm pita. We were definitely full by the time we finished everything. I can see why Buccan is Michelin rated - well deserved!
Worth every penny from service to food to ambiance! Would highly recommend making a reservation- this place tends to be packed! Watermelon martini is a MUST & the Butternut Squash Gnocchetti & the Steak Tartare.. honestly everything was perfection! Not one bad thing to say about the food. All the dishes were perfectly balanced- the steak tartare had the right amount of truffle and the crispy yolk on top was superb! You have to check this place our for yourself- you will not be disappointed! Their sister restaurants Grato and Imoto are also top notch!
We had a fabulous experience on a Monday night. We have been trying for months to get in and we finally got a reservation! We parked on the street but they have valet. We were early but the hostesses kindly checked us in and directed us to the bar to wait and have a cocktail. The young lady with the curly blonde hair and the one with very short reddish hair were very friendly! Stephanie was our waitress and she was fantastic! Our glasses were always full and her recommendations were spot on. We got the garden salad- bright and refreshing. Tangy with goat cheese and perfectly shareable. Butter "chicken" made of lions main mushrooms. WOW! Get it, you'll thank me. Short rib empanada was so flavorful. Not heavy at all. The squid ink orchiaetta and the snapper were both equally as amazing as eveything else we had. Nothing needed a thing. Everything was perfectly seasoned, perfectly dressed, perfectly executed. The restaurant had a relaxed vibe and simple decor. Nothing overly showy or overly done, just simple and clean. We will definitely be back!
Felt a little overhyped. The food was decent but not five star. Service was very good. Let's start with the positive. One daughter rated the steak tartare very good. Other daughter rated prime burger very good. Bananas Foster butter cake dessert was excellent. Now for the not so great. Local Farm Power Greens crispy pita, shaved vegetables, sumac vinaigrette | 18. Wife asked what kind of vegetables were in it. Somehow they didn't show up in the final presentation. Wife told server about it and he said he would tell the chef. At the end they took it off the bill which was the right thing to do. Hot Dog Panini sauerkraut, gruyere, mustard, chili | 17. Another disappointment. Overpowered by the grainy mustard. Couldn't taste the hot dog. Don't recommend. Cute idea but in my opinion it was a fail. Spicy Pork Taco avocado crema, salsa verde | 6 per piece. Just okay. Not really spicy. Just nothing special about it. Maine Lobster Busiate shrimp "bolognese", jalapeno, lemon, creme fraiche, osetra caviar | 42/84. Wife got appetizer size. Said it was fine but expected it to be better. Waygu Beef Burger chanterelles, gruyer, hand cut fries, shaved white truffle | 80: I got this. 6 oz. Bun was not warmed and the chanterelles overpowered the taste of the burger. For the price I did expect a perfect burger. This was far from it. Save your money and get the prime burger. This was the biggest disappointment We won't return
A true 5 star dining experience! We had the best waiter, Nour, and he made fantastic recommendations. My personal favorites were the pesto shrimp scampi pasta, Tuna Crisps, and the grilled wagyu short rib large plate. The delicate meats, the intricate sauce flavors, and the crispy textures added to each dish were incredible. It felt like every bite was designed perfectly to create an experience in your mouth. Other great options that we tried included the crispy duck confit, short rib empanadas, and sweet corn pasta. As our waiter said, you really cannot go wrong with any choice on the menu. Ambiance was great. I would definitely recommend a reservation. The Valet out front is complimentary. Monday is 50% off wine, we enjoyed a wonderful Brunello Riserva (highly recommend).
Came here on a Monday but all reservations were full so I cannot get a reservation. I really wanted to try their dish so I ordered online for pick up! Pick up service was fast, there is a window in the back of restaurant on the side of the street you can drive by and pick it up easily. I got the Hamachi Tiradito: it came with the yuzu sauce separate so you need to pour it in to complete the dish. The fish was so fresh and the combo of all the sauces compliment each very well. I love this dish! A note is once I open the to go box - there are lint and dust inside it, I'm assuming they did not clean the box before they put the food in or they wipe it with the towel that has lint on it. So be careful if you do order to go. Inspect the box before you eat. Next dish is Sweet corn agnolotti size small. Oh my goodness this is the best pasta type I've ever tasted! Do yourself a favor and get this dish. It has real corn in the sauce and bacon. Inside the pasta it has a soft and creamy with corn flavor in it so that was a nice surprise! I wish I could have order a large. I also go the short rib empanada. It comes with salsa and aioli sauce to dip in. It was good! And the meat was flavorful and juicy.

We had an incredible dinner at Buccan tonight. The service was impeccable, and even though the restaurant was busy, it felt like we had our own private area. The meal lived up to all the hype. We loved the duck and eggplant appetizers. For our main courses, we had the Sweet Corn Agnolotti pasta and the Hand Rolled Busiate pasta with chanterelles. Both dishes were delicious!! We paired everything with a bottle of Sancerre. For dessert, you can't skip the Banana Fosters Butter Cake. We paired dessert with the 20 year tawny Port. Fantastic dishes from start to finish, and we can't wait come back! read more

For years we have been trying to get a reservation at this fine dinning restaurant, and finally my wife made sure we got a table tonight with some friends. Our server Adina was beyond attentive and Marco the host stopped by to check on us. My friend had black pants and Adina brought him a black napkin just for him! The open kitchen was spotless and so well organized from what we could see. We orderded for the table Tuna Crisp Was excellent,, Squash Blossom Tempura Amazing flavor stuffed with Riccota so good, Hot Dog Panini was so delicious, hotdog sliced in have smothered in chesse and saurkeraut my favorite, Italian Burrata, Soft Shell Crab Slider had lots of flavor and were a nice addition to the mix. Just a little salty, might have been from the sea! Eggplant Caponata Rustica to many flavors for me in this dish, Sweet corn Agnolotti was so sweet and so deliciousI could have had two bowls of it., American Red Snapper, cooked to perfection best with the sauce as it was plane without it.and the Grilled Wagyu Short Rib also cooked just right and under it was a wonderful bed of asian egglant was so good! Just about 1/3 of the menu amongst 6 of us. And we finished the meal with the Peanut butter bar and a key lime tart. Perfect end to a fine meal! read more
Buccan absolutely lived up to the hype. While in Palm Beach for a work meeting, my wife and I made it a point to dine at Buccan after seeing it consistently recommended on Yelp and by locals. After one meal here, it was easy to understand why it's considered one of the most sought-after restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is energetic and vibrant without feeling overly loud, and the service was polished, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening. The menu encourages sharing, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. We started with the lobster aquachile, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The lobster was tender, and the bright citrus flavors paired perfectly with the avocado and vegetables. It was a refreshing and memorable way to begin the meal. Next came the beef empanada and pork taco. The empanada was rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked beef and a crisp exterior, while the pork taco packed an impressive amount of flavor into a single bite. Both were excellent examples of why Buccan has developed such a strong reputation for its small plates. One of the highlights of the evening was the squid ink orecchiette. Palm Beach has no shortage of excellent dining options, but Buccan stands out as a restaurant that successfully combines creativity, quality ingredients, and flawless execution. If you're visiting the area, this is a reservation worth making well in advance. A true 5 star dining experience! We had the best waiter, Nour, and he made fantastic recommendations. My personal favorites were the pesto shrimp scampi pasta, Tuna Crisps, and the grilled wagyu short rib large plate. The delicate meats, the intricate sauce flavors, and the crispy textures added to each dish were incredible. It felt like every bite was designed perfectly to create an experience in your mouth. Other great options that we tried included the crispy duck confit, short rib empanadas, and sweet corn pasta. As our waiter said, you really cannot go wrong with any choice on the menu. Ambiance was great. I would definitely recommend a reservation. The Valet out front is complimentary. Monday is 50% off wine, we enjoyed a wonderful Brunello Riserva (highly recommend). read more
Came here on a Monday but all reservations were full so I cannot get a reservation. I really wanted to try their dish so I ordered online for pick up! Pick up service was fast, there is a window in the back of restaurant on the side of the street you can drive by and pick it up easily. I got the Hamachi Tiradito: it came with the yuzu sauce separate so you need to pour it in to complete the dish. The fish was so fresh and the combo of all the sauces compliment each very well. I love this dish! A note is once I open the to go box - there are lint and dust inside it, I'm assuming they did not clean the box before they put the food in or they wipe it with the towel that has lint on it. So be careful if you do order to go. Inspect the box before you eat. Next dish is Sweet corn agnolotti size small. Oh my goodness this is the best pasta type I've ever tasted! Do yourself a favor and get this dish. It has real corn in the sauce and bacon. Inside the pasta it has a soft and creamy with corn flavor in it so that was a nice surprise! I wish I could have order a large. I also go the short rib empanada. It comes with salsa and aioli sauce to dip in. It was good! And the meat was flavorful and juicy. read more
buccan is amazing! reservations open 30 days out. book it 30 days out. street parking and valet - came on a Tuesday at 7pm and there was plenty of street parking. waited 25 min for the table. a little loud, a little dark, a little cramped... great service. everything we ate was reallyyyyyy tasty. special shoutout to the empanada, tuna crisp, and of course the sweet corn agnolloti... melt in your mouth. so so tasty and would absolutely come back!!! read more
I'd say this would be one of my new favorite restaurants in Palm Beach! Came to have dinner with the girls and with every order, we were not disappointed at all. Dropped in here with a friend, on a recommendation. Glad we did!!! Valley was quick, service- impeccable! We were seated at a high top at 6pm on a weeknight. We started off with squash blossoms and lobster-mango ceviche- both delicious!! Then we moved on to the short rib empanadas- they were good. Next- spicy pork tacos- very meaty. While they were okay, I wouldn't order either again. Next- pasta!!! We ordered the gnocchi with black truffles. Unfortunately, gnocchi is my absolute fave- ours were super chewy. The first bite had flavor, but son fizzled out. That was a two fork max. The winning pasta was the corn pasta. I can't reminder the exact title, but I wanted to clean the plate!!! I always look forward to my visits here. The chow is excellent, and most importantly, the execution from the kitchen is flawless--every dish prepared with care, hot dishes served piping hot. Service is consistently great: professional, attentive, and genuinely aiming to please. Tonight, we appreciated how well Victoria took care of us. Their professionalism creates an atmosphere of excellence that puts me in exactly the right frame of mind--ready to enjoy the food and wine to come. It sounds simple, but it's rare to find. I always start with the Tuna Crisp--clean flavors and the perfect way to wake up the palate. A bottle of Chablis "Vaillons" from Céline and Romain Poullet was very good. For red, the Super Tuscan from the Bolgheri region. Tonight, the Spicy Pork Taco edged out the Short Rib Empanadas, though both were excellent. The Crispy Duck Confit remains one of my favorite dishes here and did not disappoint. Steak Tartare--prime NY strip, black truffle, crispy egg yolk--simple and excellent. We tried the Butter "Chikin" (tandoori-marinated lion's mane mushrooms with butternut squash raita and naan). The sauce was fantastic; while it's not my personal style of dish, it was enjoyed by my tablemates. Do not miss the Sweet Corn Agnolotti. For dessert, the Banana Foster Butter Cake is a must. This was an incredible experience. Chef Clay Conley has created one of the best restaurants in America right in West Palm Beach. Buccan is the place that someone could literally visit every night. Incredible vibe, beautiful people, the best food imaginable, great staff and service. We loved so many dishes. Tuna and Steak tartare, Duck Confit, Agnolotti, Hot Dog Panini and Short Rib Empanadas. Every dish was exquisite. We were served by the amazing Marley, who did a fantastic job. Andy, The GM, also greeted us and was very charming and helpful. Buccan was so so delicious. Everything we had ordered tasted so fresh and rich in flavor. The ambiance is very relaxed with hints of elegance and class. Everything comes out as ready, so it was enjoyable to split things with friends in order to try even more flavor pallets. The appetizers were delicious, especially the short rib empanadas. And we even got some sort of lobster ceviche that had been mouth watering. The service was quick and efficient as well. I will definetly be back as soon as possible! read more

Tremendous meal from start to finish! Oysters and tuna appetizer were amazing along with the white wine pairings. The spinach salad wins salad of the year award and the Grouper in a green curry sauce was a strong player as well. Our waiter helped curate the meal and helped us orchestrate a great tasting dinner. Fun vibe and great food -- make a reservation! We were in town for work and finally had a night to go out. We'd walked by Buccan on our last trip and decided to give it a try -- glad we did! It has a great vibe and the food was really good. We didn't have a reservation, so we put our name in and waited a bit before getting seated at a high-top in the bar. It was pretty packed and loud, with people standing close around us, so it felt a little tight. Drinks and dinner came out quickly and everything was delicious. I was especially happy to see a few vegan options -- the vegan Butter "Chikin" made with lion's mane mushrooms was so good! My husband had a half order of the shrimp scampi and a half order of the Sweet Corn Agnolotti, which is one of their specialties. He said both were great, though the Agnolotti was pretty rich. Next time we'll definitely make a reservation so we can sit in the main dining area, but overall a great spot with great food and a nice vibe. read more

Oooh man! This food hit the spot after a long travel day! I did a carry out that I ordered when I landed and it was ready when I got to Buccan. I will be back the next time I'm in West Palm Beach! I can't really speak to customer service as I did it online and interacted shortly when they brought my food out, but based on the quality of their food I would expect the experience to match. read more

This place was really fantastic. We came here for a bachelorette dinner and there were 16 of us, and I was very happy to find out that all the tik toks I saw about this place weren't over hyping it - it really is that good. For reference, I tried the following: - passion fruit cocktail: amazing, tart, very sweet, and the rosé foam REALLY added to the sensory factor of the cocktail - spicy margarita: always delicious - empanadas: at first, I was a little displeased by the sizing of the empanadas (thing a big Tostinos pizza roll) but wow did they back flavor. Each empanada was completely stuffed with delicious shredded beef and the crust was flakey and light. - main lobester ceviche: can't go wrong with ceviche and there were large chunks of buttery lobster that paired perfectly with the zing of the lime in the base. - tempura squash blossoms: now these were definitely a star. I love squash blossoms, but too often are they under stuffed and over breaded. These were filled to perfection and not overly breaded - they were wonderfully balayages and presented beautifully. - squid ink orchiette: this dish was light and delicate yet very filling. The pasta was cooked well, the chunks of Italian sausage paired well with what seemed to be a buttery, white wine, garlicky lemon sauce. If you enjoy squid ink pasta, you will not be disappointed with this dish. Overall, the ambiance of the restaurant was lovely and the staff were very prompt and professional. I definitely recommend coming to Buccan and will certainly be back if I'm ever in West Palm! read more

Wow! The hype is real!! We had a truly amazing experience at Buccan. From the vibey ambiance to each chef-prepared dish to the service, we shared an impeccable dinner experience. I never order chicken at a restaurant but I'm so glad we did here. The quality of the bird and Thai inspired ingredients truly made the difference in the taste. Corn agnolotti is a pocket pasta exploding with a creamy corn flavor sure to please the palate. Thanks to Jesse and Daniel for the attentiveness to detail and great conversation. This is most definitely not a restaurant that you'll be able to dine in without a reservation so definitely advise making one in advance! We made our reservation for 7:45 (prime time) so to no one's surprise, this place was packed like sardines. Which is and had always been, off putting for me, however, it speaks to how great the restaurant is. We were seated about 15 minutes after our reservation but service was quick. We were immediately given water and our waiter was getting our drink order ready within minutes of being seated. I had the bathtub gin (very heavy on the cucumber) and my fiancé had their Cuban Espresso cocktail which was reposado based. Both were good but I definitely think they could have dialed down on the cucumber for mine. We ended up skipping appetizers since I came in with a plan to have multiple desserts and didn't want to spoil that. For dinner I had their burger which was fantastic! And my fiancé had their sweet corn agnolotti which was clearly a staple at the restaurant since so many others around us ordered it as well. For the real reason we came- we had their cookies and then their bananas foster cake. Both were delicious! All in all, it was a great restaurant. A little too bustling for my taste but still a lovely experience. read more
We went for a celebratory dinner and everything was phenomenal! I loved my bathtub gin drink and my husband got their old fashion which he enjoyed too. A little sweetness that u even enjoyed it. We started w the tuna tartare crisps. Mouth watering and a must. It comes w 3 and we ordered a 4th. Note: it's additional $8 for the extra one, would've been nice to know that before the bartender asked us if we wanted to add it. We also got the short rib empanada, and that was phenomenal as well. I had the snapper Asian dish. This had a tangy flavor that I did get tired of halfway through the meal. I do think it would be a good idea to share this if you do want it. The fish was delicious fresh and flaky. My husband ordered the chicken large plate and we loved his. We ended the meal with a shared dessert, called the 100 grand. This restaurant was the poster child of what an upscale high end fantastic restaurant should be like. We were like to get reservation for Saturday dinner. The restaurant was packed in the evening. Inside is decent, with an open dining area and a bar on the side. Free valet service is offered to guests at the door. I was very excited to try several item from the menu. Started with the crispy duck leg. It was so soft that the meat came off of the bone as soon we touched it with knife. Then I got the scallops, again so perfectly cooked, with moist center and little brownish outside, served on top of delicious butternut squash and lardons. We also ordered the filet mignon (medium rare plus), one of the nest steaks I ever had. It was so tender and so tasty. They out did some of the most popular steak houses we had been in. It was incredible how fast all these amazing dishes came out from kitchen. We waited less than 15 minutes for all these amazing dishes including the steak. Their service was top notch, our waiter was a pro. Time to time they came to fill up all our glasses of water, cleaned crumbles from the table, and gave us new utensils for each course. I was thoroughly impressed with Buccan, for sure it was one of my best dining experience. Would for sure visit again if we are in West Palm Beach. read more
The best Filet mignon I have ever had. So soft and cooked perfectly for through whole filet. Branzino is amazing too. Bones out. Pan fried. With the sauce. It's absolutely wonderful execution. Squid ink orecchiette seems to be a popular choice from the table as well. The flavor has a little punch(spicy?). overall great dish. Service is 5/5. We had a big group and all items came out on time with no issue. They came over to top of the water, order more drinks etc. Definitely recommend the restaurant for date nights, family gatherings and just have good time. read more

Our best meal in WPB! What an incredible meal with great service! We listened to our waiters recommendations and they were all spectacular. I would definitely recommend you cannot skip the empanadas, burrata salad, and the sweet corn Agnolotti. Just outstanding we left so full and happy! Buccan is one of the toughest reservations, so planning ahead is important. Reserve on Open Table. The important thing to know is they book 1 month out, so plan accordingly. The place is great!
Does Buccan offer a happy hour in 2025?
Can't vouch for 2025, but early Dec 2024 they had Happy Hour from 4:00-7:00. Best to call them, however.
