Price is very good for the course. Unfortunately it attracts a lot of new golfers on the weekends, and most of the time pace of play gets extremely slow. Fyi, the main picture showing for this business is not actually Deer Creek. After having played a few dozen rounds here, I can say for sure that the picture is not this golf course.

Unfortunately they double booked our date and I demanded our deposit back. I was flat out lied too by the catering manager Melissa. She then also lied to me about getting my deposition back and the method in which it would occur. The catering manager Melissa then began avoiding my messages and requests for my money back in which I finally had to reach out to the accounting department of the manteno glof club in order to get my deposit back for a mistake made on the establishments end. In the end I was thankful this occurred early on because it truly shows the lack of professionalism this establishment has and we would inevitably had many more issues if we went through with our reception at the Manteno Golf Club. I would warn anyone to stay away from this place unless they have new catering management/event coordinator becuae the one in charge now is a incapable of her job. Now it may sound harsh but I have worked in the service/restaurant business all my life and believe me, this kind of behavior does not happen unless an establishment is going under and hired uneducated staff in order to save a buck.
