Mark Hull made it clear that he was weirded out by me and dropped my case. A couple of years later, I managed to get a job at a restaurant where he walked in with a date. I was told to walk around and refill people's drinks. When I approached Mark's table, I had unintentionally interrupted him as he was busy making fun of me and my case in great detail. I think that violates some sort of code, right? I went with a different firm with a favorable outcome, considering how my case wasn't even that complicated. I want to know why Mark felt the need to talk about my private matters with someone who is a complete stranger to me. In short, he's not a good person and definitely doesn't follow any sort of ethical code. read more

Mark and his his team did a phenomenal job. Their staff is always welcoming, and they explained everything in all of the options. my friend had a probation violation. He didn't know where to go. Wish I had found Mark Hull before having to fire my first attorney. It's funny how great he is when comparing but I would have never known. The first attorney (if you can even call him that) we hired didn't do anthing and was just waiting around while Mark figured things out, go the ball rolling, and made moves so this DUI case wasn't sitting over my head. Oh how sweet that dismissal felt! I can't praise him enough! read more

I strongly suggest not hiring Mr. Hull or his firm for any legal matters. I hired him and the firm to defend me in a criminal matter and the legal advice I was given was outright wrong and almost cost me my Texas Drivers License. I ended up paying what I think is a lot of money for him to do nothing to help me in my matter. I was able to achieve a better outcome myself than what they said was possible. Stay away. Not only do they not understand the actual law, they are dishonest to the point I filed a complaint with the Texas Bar. read more

I've purposely waited some time to do this review. I didn't want to do it out of anger- but several months later... I'm still pissed. Hull is a salesman, he's not an attorney. We we're faced with some serious charges and wanted the best- with a price of 30k we were told that ALL charges would be handle, including a traffic violation received during the same time. felony and misdemeanor charge- on someone with no criminal history. should be easy enough and he also promised no jail time. After months of 2k monthly payment, court dates with random attorneys every time that knew nothing about the case, or didn't even know about the court date, backpeddling and lots of unreturned phone calls. we finally get "the best deal" 30 days in county and charges downgraded to misdemeanors. Tell me why we got a call from bail bonds on the following Monday asking why my husband still has misdemeanor court. They weren't tan concurrent! bondsman was shocked, other attorneys don't understand it, and then he wants to say we never talked about the misdemeanor charges. what a joke. He says he wants another 15k. We found an amazing attorney to finish that clowns job and later found out that the affidavit he made me do was never even turned in. The court was still thinking I was pressing charges almost 2 years later. Dont leave your freedom, your record, or faith in this guys hands. He flashy, he may say the right things...but he will not put you and your family first. Give Jeremiah Walters a call- a man with integrity and total transparency. Absolutely worst attorney I've ever used. I paid Mark Hull $20k to represent me. He left for his honeymoon and never worked on the case until day before court. He didn't even know my name. When I had questions regarding my case he said wasn't paid for that. Do yourself a favor and use Minton, Bassett, Flores &Carsey. Perry is a excellent attorney and won't take advantage of you. I would not attempt to hire nor would I suggest anyone else attempt to hire Brian in the future as he is unresponsive to basic requests and seems to have no respect for the timeliness that matters of the court deserve.

As a person of color I already get crazy high anxiety when dealing with any kind of law situation so when she told me it would be ok and that it will take time but she wanted to make sure I was ok. My heart was just filled. Jump forward a few months. She met with me and told me she would be there every time for my case. The communication was impeccable. Over the course of my case I made several changes to my life and how I did things. All because of this amazing person. My life wasn't a mess before I still have my career and now luckily a second well paying side gig. All because of her. She just helped me see I could be better. Now the end The day my case of finish I had things I still Needed to do for the court the next year but nothing insane. This day was both amazing and sad. Amazing, cause this bump I caused in my life is passing. An sad because I had never met someone so giving and selfless. Flash forward to March 2021 I get this random phone call from a county outside SA telling me I had tickets due for about $1000 I was just at a loss. Well I hung up and immediately called Ms. Espiritu I left word with the front desk and she called back with in 20 mins. I told here everything I was told and how I don't think they are mine. She asked a few questions and said she would call me again in 30. Well Turns out the tickets in fact belonged to me from 2004 WTF right Well she told me hold on I think I can get these taken care of if they will work with me over the phone. All in all she did this from the selfless place of her Spirit. With in a week it was handled and all clear. I will forever have this persons back and speak so highly of her. Yeesh, I can't believe this guy is still practicing As you can see since my last review, Mark Hull has resorted to selling his downtown office. Thats what bad business does, you tend to reap the effects of lying to your clients about what was on the tapes so your clients can take bids, because the Judge clearly had Mark Hull in his pockets. Mark Hulk & his team never showed up, between I and and my other friend who used him, he was always on vacation according to our text he got engaged twice to the same women. lol useless reasons to not be in court. This guy is a drunk, defending DWI cases the irony, we have pictures of wild nights and booze. This is not the professional you want to represent you. If it wasn't for my own intellect I would have got a lengthy scenario. My unwillingness to quit and accept Mark fear tactics of facing 2 yrs on a first time DWI offense, is the only reason I fought thru.
