My husband had biscuits & sausage gravy with a long donut chaser (dessert). I loved the quaint feel of this place. It felt warmer and more inviting than most cafes I've been in. I don't even typically eat sugar, but munchkins are definitely my weakness, and their timbits blow munchkins out of the water! I received a free drink coupon by the GM that the drive through employee won't accept. I've tried 3…read moredifferent times/days and he wont accept it, even tho the other location across town does. This normally wouldn't be problem, except he's always working. I asked for a manager and he said "He's not in the store right now so you gotta pay." Which once again, isn't a deal breaker, however i'm not sure why this is a problem; seeing how this coupon works at all other locations. He needs to either get retrained or communicate with management. Outside of the bad employee experience, the food is very par for the course for Tim Hortons.
