I honestly am still in disbelief. I have been in chronic pain and discomfort for over 11 years and uncomfortable most of my life. Within just one visit many of those discomforts were relieved. Increase range of motion. Did it a year ago and results are holding !! Awesome. The procedure took very little time, maybe 15 minutes tops. We did a range of motion testing initially to see where I was at and we did a range of motion test immediately afterwords and I had gained a few degrees of rotation on each side. This review has been a long time coming. So, I've had a few really bad car accidents and have been seeing chiropractors, osteopaths, and alphabiotic practitioners for years for back and neck pain. A friend highly suggested I come here for an alignment and it's been 2.5 years since my treatment and I feel amazing. Prior to my visit, I had been experiencing neck discomfort, specifically, when I put my head back it felt like 2 spikes were being driven into my head. I saw Vladimir today, so I am writing less than two hours after the treatment. I was nervous to go due to others suggesting it's a painful procedure, but my headaches have been getting worse, my Tmj disorder wakens me at night, and I figured it was worth a shot. I will update this post after some time passes, but first impressions: Yes, it does hurt, but it's over pretty quickly. My range of motion increased dramatically as soon as it was over. My neck is sore but not bad, and icing it feels great. I think my headache has lifted somewhat, though not completely. My hearing is better! I was having ear stuffiness and that's completely gone. I am very thankful to have had a treatment with Vladimir. He fixed a wide variety of strange things that were happening to my body ever since I hit a curb really hard in 2018. My story is simple: I am a very active person, hockey, motocross, snowboarding, climbing, etc... In fact surprisingly my knee, which is still only partially flexing and extending, seemed to suddenly be twice as flexible. Obviously since we only worked on the lower back, it was my tight hip joints that were inhibiting my knee from functioning at a fuller range.
