I was trying to ask the attendant behind the counter if they had gotten in the nicotine free vapes I was told they were getting in last time I was there, and if she could recommend a non-menthol flavor as some on them have names that don't necessarily imply menthol but are menthol. I never got out a single complete sentence. Every time I tried to ask a question I was interrupted with, "Refills are on the third shelf." and "What you see is what you get." and then immediately started helping the person behind me in a much more polite and friendly manner. I was kind of taken aback and just googled it. I guess I could have done that the whole time, just thought asking would be quicker but I was clearly wrong. After I chose a new vape the other attendant behind the counter was nice enough to hear me out and said he could request some of the non-menthol flavors his vendor carries next time they place an order. I'd maybe get it if the place was slammed, but there was only me and the customer behind me. Not sure what was with the drastic attitude change from my first visit. Incredibly tempted by the $18 freshwater pearl necklace on a silk ribbon I waffled between the glittery and the thoughtful. When would I ever wear pearls? Now, I really wish I had purchased a necklace of them, just to say I had one, but alas. No string of lovely for me that day. All in all, I'd love to return and may look into if they ship. You should stop by and talk with Francine who is very engaging and knows a lot about each of the artisans. While there take a minute to rest on the Redwood seats outside then go in and pet a great little dog for a while!
