Upon entering, we were greeted with a hello and asking plethora of beauty and hair care items and accessories. Given the space, they have a reasonable selection of different lengths, colors, styles, fits and prices. You can even try on the one(s) you are considering purchasing. They provide a stocking cap and a mirror for your preview. My family member purchased a wig and is quite pleased with it. She was unable to assist but found a color specialist to help me pick out a new foundation. I believe her name was Riley and she was very helpful. She was able to test out a few foundations and we found the perfect match. I even bought a foundation brush that she used to apply my makeup; it felt so good as she applied it on my skin. I ended up buying that even though that's not what I came in for. She was even helpful with picking out a new primer which unfortunately they were out of stock, but she recommended a few places I could find it. I ended up coming back the next day to wonder around. They have a great selection of perfumes. I picked out a few I plan to buy in the future. They don't have celebrity fragrances but the selection they do have is great and plenty. The same clerk was there, and as always, he was kind, helpful, and polite to both me and my kids. The store is on the smaller side, but it's packed with products. While it might not be the easiest to navigate, the staff is always ready to help you find what you need. I picked up two packs of 3/4" foam rollers, a couple of bottles of clear nail polish (one for me and one for Grandma), and a pack of 1000 little black rubber bands. I'd definitely recommend New Mode Wig and Beauty. It's a great spot for all the essentials, and the fact that it's in a plaza means you can easily run other errands, like grabbing something for dinner or stopping by Dollar Tree!

Usually when you spent $50 or more in any beauty supply in the world you get free I items as a thank you. Typically a comb or two, maybe samples.
